    Thank you dude you're videos really helped me. I almost died in may cuz my blood sugar was 44.9 when I was took in hospital I'm on insulin now and I have more energy than I did when I wasn't on it and working out alot and feeling better and better. Just wanna to say you're a great inspiration to us T1s

    Something as small as a cold/flue , or mental sress, also has a huge effect on your blood sugars for days . Also body temperature, alchohol, amount of fiber eaten, sleep quality, and all the other obvious factors you mentioned have effects aswell. The amount of things that can effect your blood surgars , on paper is about the size of a bible thick if you were to write them down .

      I used to take human mixtard but it's long acting insulin
      I will not manage diabetes properly if u r type 1 diabetic
      Short acting is best I take 4 insulin injections ( I'm just 18 years old)

    I am also a diabetic patient....l take 70/30 insuline, two shots a day...
