I have to say, I’ve also noticed more nasty, weird comments on the vlogs recently . I totally understand how you would feel annoyed by it Nadia. It annoys me and I’m just a bystander. You are warm and open and hilarious and kind. And most importantly-real. If people want to come on here just to criticize and spread negativity, I say tell them to f$&@k off!! 🤪 Just keep being yourselves and know that for every one jackass that says something mean, there’s a hundred of us who love and appreciate you ❤️😊

I never felt so stressed watching one of your vlogs but at the same time it has me in fits of laughter 😂. Take no notice of what some people say , most of your subs loves you . I love these vlogs, but You have to realize that people are going to comment whether it’s positive or negative- it’s social media. I know people don’t think you abuse your dogs, but people only saw a clip with the sausages and nobody knew this was a training strategy for the dogs. You have to take the good with the bad Nadia or not read the comments. People are people and they don’t know, just see what is shown.

Oh god the stress of Nadia packing is getting to me now😂 The kitchen is now resembling her room upstairs😳. Marks face is hilarious watching Nadia move the clothes from one pile to another!! Nadia I don't think you are cruel to the dogs at all it was just a bit annoying because 'sausages' just went on for a long time but no way were you being 'cruel'. Nadia please make a list. For us menopausal women we need to write things down to be organised, it will honestly take some of the stress away.
Nadia just write on large labels for each day of the week that you are actively trekking and two more for the travel days and place them on the floor and add the pile of clothes including underwear and nightwear for that particular day. You will need two warm jumpers and your padded jacket and hat and gloves for the nighttime .
Place your hand luggage bag next to the pile and add the items you need as you find them. It will organise your mind to see the day on a label and the pile next to each.
Please do this one simple thing and all will suddenly fall into place. Failing that use five of your Sainsbury’s reusable bags and just write the day of the week on them I promise it will help you so much and will make you feel more organised...if I could have climbed through the screen I would of because it was so painful to watch when you just need to stand back and think logically as you can’t see the wood for the trees when you get into the frazzled brain zone - all you need is five labelled bags for the five days and it will allow your brain to focus in a more structured way 😊 x

I am sure the population fall into two camps, list makers and those who need to compartmentalise their thoughts and translate it into something more structured and tangible, I think Nadia falls into the latter camp like me 😊
Mark, you need to come over and hike the Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia (or vice versa)... www.appalachiantrail.org/home/explore-the-trail/thru-hiking I seriously wish I could beam myself over there to help you pack!! That would make me so happy because I think it's fun!! Yes, roll your clothes as tight as you can and squeeze into the cubes. It's easier to roll the thin layers than a thick layer, so there's a decision for you (thin vs. thick!) Get a vacuum seal bag for the sleeping bag... suck all the air out of that thing and it should be flat as a pancake to stick in your backpack! Then you can donate the bag to someplace in India before you come home so you won't have to worry about re-packing it! xx
Nadia i luv u, please start again, wash the clothes u think u will need whilst doing that make a list of the 4 days of trekking and then pack what is necessary and then u can add your hand luggage and your travel clothes if you dont restart you are not gonna be head ready to pack , Mark ur awesome x

Erm daft question! Have Coppafeel not provided you with a recommended packing list? I’m a fairly organised person but it doesn’t matter how organised I wouldn’t know what to pack. That would overwhelm me and give me an anxiety attack

Nadia you do a lot of folding, moving, picking up, trying, moving again, making piles, moaning, moaning , moaning, unpacking, packing and still absolutely nothing gets done! Its like you want someone to do it for you... making a list is the best way forward for someone so disorganised as you... Mark your patience holds no bounds!!!!
I for one am grateful you share everything and keep it real. There's always going to be negative people who probably don't have anything good to say about anyone! I'm sure you're more successful than they'll ever be!!

Hi Nadia your packing is totally freaking me out 😱😱😱
Firstly you don't need a new bag!!! the backpack you were measuring I brought on the Camino and it was perfect! I know your hike is slightly different. However I found a good list to take away being overwhelmed by things to bring as hiking for days/weeks is a new learning packing experience.
One string top/vest (this is a base layer you can add for extra heat and sleep in)
2 tea shirts that if you sweat through one can change etc...
1 long sleeved top in case you get cold at night or starting in the morning.
Lightweight hoody just 1.
(You can layer up and down you can build up to 4 layers with this and they won't take much packing space)
2 pairs of leggings
1 pair of shorts for sleep or when you get too hot trekking.
3 to 4 underwear wash out daily if don't dry during night strap to your pack while walking.
3 to 4 pairs of thousands Mile socks never got a blister with these. Really good for sweating.
Waterproof rain jacket and pants if required I recommend regatta.
Toiletries.
Lush shampoo and conditioner bars these are amazing
Roll on deodorant
Tooth brush tooth plaste travel size
Hair bush extra pins and ties.
Compeed blister packs
Plasters
Pain killers neurofen and paracetamol.
Sunblock and moisturiser.
Hiking shoes and shoes for the evening.
Hat and gloves for evening.
Lightweight towel.
Please put that sleeping bag onto the outside of your pack. Or carry it on as hand luggage, but take it out of your pack and have your cubes packed and ready in a way there will be no stress night before you start about this. Once you get there you will face other challenges and fears so if your packing makes sense you will be calmer. Trust me after day one of hiking what you are wearing and colours won't cross your mind. I do recommend all black hides sweat, must dirt, goes with everything and black always helps with body confidence.
You will do great can't wait to see your journey remember part of the journey is the challenges we face that are our learning experiences, and in the end make this adventure worth while. Take care and happy hiking.
P.s also recommend bring a head torch for getting up to the loo in the night without waking others. And for hiking in the early morning before dawn. Bring sleep mask and ear plugs too. Create a little sleep bag that u can have under your pillow.
Don’t change your content or ‘real’ aspect of your vlogs / just block the haters!
Mark not a big fan of the look of the National Theatre bit like a 1960s multi storey car park lol we used to have a lot of those in Brum tbh so that’s probably why I think that 🙈. I love the old colonial look and some of the regency style architecture. We love London ❤️ go every year and the best thing is the mix of old and very contemporary, no place like it love it and thank you for taking us around on your travels, I can never get enough of it feel like I’m there 👍 tell our lovely Nadia she is not fat but a very gorgeous lady, I’m a long time sub and have nothing but good to say or think about your lovely family 💕 Mark do the absence podcast when Nadia gets back that would be fab 🧡💚💜💜 ps love to nanny Di hope she’s ok 🧡💚 os take no notice Nadia we know you love your dogs, family etc you are an all round lovely lady you know I’ve said it before. Dear Nadia, please don' put the clothes on the floor, it is not hygienic, the floor can be full of germs and the dogs are walking on it, please think about your health.
You guys are such a lovely family - authentic, charming, entertaining, informative but, most importantly loving.
Mark and Nadia we can see how you have such chemistry and adoration for each other. You are doing/have done such a great job of raising your daughters. I especially love how your kiddos interact with their grandparents - kind, caring, considerate.

Hi guys, pack warm It’s freezing in the Himalayas ....... we went to the mountains in India In October and even though it was boiling in Delhi it was soooooo cold up there.
Sleeping bag will be the best thing you take. Take that fluffy top with you. Its nice to be comfortable and cosy.
For the tracking you will prob wear the same clothes all the time.its too cold to care about what you wear.
You can always buy clothes there for warm weather but you won’t find good warm clothes.

AHH Nadia don't despare , I know how you are feeling, I come to India every year for ,4 and half months and every year I tell myself im not taking that many clothes and still end up over weight. Hate packing. Try place what you want to ware each day in your case and make a list of what you have put in. I did it first time this year and I found it works!!

There are loads of videos about how and what to pack, and more importantly how to wear your backpack properly. Please take a while to check it all out.
I really struggle with packing too, and the only way I can get any packing done to decent standard is by making a list. This will look something like: pants (5), bras (2), thermal leggings (2), thermal top (2), sleeping bag, wash bag, pillow and so on
Then once I have my list I go and get the items that I included on the list (and any other things that are necessities that I forgot to include when I was writing). If there are any extra things that I think might be useful but I'm unsure, I'll wait until I have packed my bag and if there is still space I will pack them, and if not then I'll leave them behind

Sleeping bag is loosely packed - that could shrink down a lot more! I don't know what the bright green cylinder thing (frame 33:59) is but they make compression bags like that for sleeping bags - I'd see if you could tightly roll and stuff your sleeping bag into something that size!

Nadia and Mark, when i watch you, your family and friends I feel like I've been invited to your home and it's a privilege. I mostly laugh my head off with Mark's jokes, Nadia's baby voice and singing and the rest of the family with their hilarious one liners. Or you will be discussing something very heart felt which make me emotional or think deeply. I live quite a distance away from my own family and miss them. Watching your vlogs which are very honest and beautifully made I feel like I am part of your beautiful family so thank you. To me your vlogs are a real tonic and something I really look forward to. X

Poor Nadia. She has so much going on at the moment so it's especially hard to concentrate on one thing, such as packing. Think about what you need for each day. Make a list of the things you need to buy (trekking pants lol etc). Once you have everything it will be easier to pack. Pack your outfit for each day then the things you need every day- warm layers, walking sticks, sleeping bag, toiletries etc. Best of luck Nadia- such a wonderful and inspirational thing to do! xxx
What a load of crap about nadia being cruel to the dog's, I've been watching this lovely, funny and caring family for 2 years and haven't seen any harm done to them. Leave her alone if you don't like it don't watch them. Nadia be strong and good luck with your packing maybe write a list of what you need to take, this is what i do cause my head gets a bit muddled when it comes to packing.👍😘

Make a list of how many individual items you need. First pants, sox, bras, cool tops, warm tops, bottoms, coats and thick over tops, night wear, comfort items like a blanket, shoes, odd items like swimmers, water proofs, scarves. Then list all toiletries, jewellery, pills, glasses, make up, walking essentials, camping items etc. Once you know on paper how much you need, choose and wash all items then pack! Just need to simplify and approach this in steps.
You are doing great things Nadia just remember what you are achieving and achieved so far xx 😘 good luck not that you will need it .

Also is there any information provided by organisers or anyone who's done the trek before? Layers are definitely the key, so when you get hot you peel a layer or two off and pop them back on as you cool down. Make a list and tick things off as you pack them ✅ xx

That bag doesn't look very big to me. I'm sure you'll work it all out, but even if it's warm during the day the temp can drop dramatically at night. Admire your resilience in doing it!!
