Reporting Scammers to POLICE at India's Scam Fort

- Amber Fort in Jaipur is the most beautiful fort in India, but it's infested with scammers. I take you through the fort and report the scams to the Police! But what will the Police do when I complain? We'll find out.
The best part? I ran into two American tourists who watched my videos and thanked me for teaching them the 3 most important words as a foreigner in India "Nahi Chahiye Ji" (I don't want it).
Filmed before Lockdown.

Being an Indian, when he said that "that's why nobody trusts Indian because of the bad experiences they had in India."
I really felt bad. I hope one day People of our country will change and stop scamming foreigners like this.
tbh i kinda understand them,. atleast the "light scams" like charging 100 rupees more for a tour etc
they know its nothing for a foreigner bc everything is cheap there nontheless
tbh, that's why India is not at the top of my travel list right now. Wanted to go and one of the things that put me off is the constant scam and harassment warnings from others that went.
As an American I can tell you that 90% of the scam telephone calls that we get are from Indians! 🤬
They will do it as long as it works. Why should it be otherwise
Yup, when I answer the phone, the moment I hear an Indian accent, I hang up, because I've had so many Indians randomly calling me, trying to scam me. I get at least 3 Indians in my voice mail weekly telling me my Netflix or Disney+ account has been suspended. I don't even have a Netflix or Disney+ account.
Once I had to call my phone company because of issues, and the person had an Indian accent, and I had a hard time trusting the person, lol.
I love how they're so bold to actually go "Gimme money" to a stranger.
What’s even more bold is going to some cleaning lady and asking for a picture cause they thought it’s a cultural person being showcased
Being an Indian, when he said that "Nothing ever changes here".
I felt that.
It is, however disappointingly, very sour truth. 1 out of every 3 police man in India is actually truthful and not sold. They get their money from scammers, the police will pretend to take action but never will as they have got their pockets full because of these people. Very rarely, actual actions sare taken here. They earn 50% of the profit earned by the scammers themselves and if the scammers are not ready to share their profits, they are expelled out of the fort. Thus the scammers remain poor and keep their motives clear to once own a luxurious house where they can earn some real money.
@@faizaannasir2298 are you saying... scammers are good?
@Akio Chu nope, what I wanted the readers to focus at was the fact that it is a vicious cycle, and nothing can really change in India until policemen are no more corrupt
@@faizaannasir2298 Or until youth organize, educate, and plan to make change. Sitting around being absolutely certain that other people know that nothing can be done to fix an issue seems pretty immature and lazy. It's your homeland, do something... or is it your plan like so many millions of others to come to MY homeland (USA), which you care NOTHING about?
@@KAEFARIK What your saying is quite contradictory, now here's the deal: until you turn 18, you are economically said to be a liability on the country. It's the government's job to help educate you. Have a look for yourselves, are your grandparents or your grandparents' parents more educated than your parents? Most likely not, why? because the government of USA has improved their standards of education and that's the reason why you are educated, both mentally and socially. Unless the government does not work on education right now, you can't expect a youth with all this knowledge. And to overcome this issue Indians live abroad, like in the USA from where they get educated, and this group of educated individuals can be very helpful in the future of both countries: India and USA
People come from India to these foreign lands because they find good job opportunities. They generate income for these foreign lands. They are the workforce of this foreign land. They dont come as a pollutant. They are needed too. They play equal roles as you do in your country for the betterment of ur country and theirs. So you cannot blame these Indians to have been polluting your country or being dependent on your country.

@@RedHairdo easily . If cops cooperate
@Pawthira Pawthira Well if the government doesn't provide you a job or if you don't get a job of your own, then yes scamming tourists is indeed one of the few things you can do other than begging on the streets.
I am sure if given an option between scamming tourists and begging on the streets, you would choose to be a scammer.
And even if you choose not to be a scammer. Then well there are thousands of other people ready to take up the job of scamming, because of the large population.
Just for the reference, India's population is bigger than entire Europe, North America and South America combined. Just imagine that.

As an Indian Australian born outside of India, I am not at all shocked by this. Back when I was a kid travelling to Madras (Chennai) with my family, we nearly got ripped off by a taxi driver who wanted to charge 5 times what the normal fare was at the time (this was 1986 by the way). He saw that we were foreign nationals and hiked up the fare even before we got in the cab. Thankfully, my dad was smart enough to alert a nearby police officer who intervened, and then the driver reluctantly agreed to take us to our destination at a more realistic cab fare. I can only imagine how many other tourists that dodgy cab driver scammed. These scammers have really upped their game since the 80's and I am so glad that channels like yours expose these a$$hats for the thieves and liars that they are. Thanks for your video Karl.
