Auburn Football - Top 35 Rod Bramblett calls

  • I hope you'll enjoy this as much as I enjoyed putting it together. War Eagle!
The order chosen certainly won't suit everyone and am certain there are many favorite calls that just missed the list. With literally hundreds of calls to choose from, the calls chosen and order they were placed in were based on three main factors, the quality of -- or building a crescendo, painting a picture of the play for his audience, and excitement level and dramatics of Rod's calls, not necessarily the bigger the games.
All rights are those of The Auburn Network, CBS and ESPN.

I grew up to Jim Fyffe's calls. He died in 2002 and I never thought it'd be the same. Rod filled his shoes brilliantly while still having his own style. Now that Rod is gone I don't know what the future holds, but I know someone will step up and create his own legacy. Life is short and you never know what tomorrow holds. Any of us sitting here could be gone tomorrow. Don't forget that and live your life accordingly.

He seems like a man who loves the sport and loves his team, and his voice just adds to the experience even years after.

I'd like to shake your hand. I've commented before on how much I like your videos, but I'll say it again. That was fantastic. Thank you.
