Bro the question araises why ambani group was in joint venture? who has no experience and neither in any similar field of defence weapons . HAL is our pride,HAL should be encouraged for such projects.HAL is successfull with Tejas also..This is How make in india will work? UPA dealt it in 2007 for 126 flights ,ofcourse at that you cant get 2016 version..And any manufacturing company gives technical support thats inclusive in all projects of every organisation of private and public sectors,which is not required to mention separately since its part of that project..Yes R.K Badhoria dealt with Dassault ,but R.K Badhoria was limited to taking quotations and preparing technical elements of project.He negotiated pricing along with co-ordination of defence ministry,finance ministry and modi as per allocation of funds.once he finalised everything,Modi travelled france along with ambani group and made confidential agreements ..modi along with ambani group went there to finalise it,even cabinet said they are not aware of deal unless he came back from france and announced it..Im not in favour of any government. we have to see how developments are building up. If we want successful Make in India we need to encourage sectors like HAL . Already our country suffering with economical crisis,GDP issues. Rafale is good thing happend to our Defence forces ,which will increase success ratio in any war.
@Sabarinath Ch Thats right..But as per logic,If you involve company like HAL it will be added experience to them to strenghten our defence manufacturing units. ambani group cant even understand technical aspects of the projects.. HAL might have got opportunity to learn new technology and implement or modify learned ideas for further coming up projects, as you know we have huge talent in india. and ofcourse HAL would have involved in every technical parameter of the project. Any technical team with vast experience in such projects is added advantage for making better india. and in future,if you find any breakdowns in system company Like HAL will be handy to resolve technical issues,which would reduce maintainence cost.Now dassault, maintainence cost will be higher than any local organisation. Maintainence cost will be free only for one year after delivery. Reliance was not choice of Dassault, it was recommended by our government..I cant reveal but i have experience with flight design industry..this is what my experience tells..i might be wrong in convincing you,but these facts running in my mind. if you can correct me i can learn something new from you too:)
@@Tangog635 Yes brother, along with Tejas They also made HF-24 marut,Su-30MKI - a derivative of the Sukhoi Su-27, co-developed with Sukhoi Corporation. now one more AMCA - India's indigenous stealth fighter (under development).But they are successful. government has to support them more to improve our technology,as we have huge talent in india.HAL employees are well skilled.HAL improved Tejas braking system recently which is great achievement for them..In this sector,no other organisation can compete HAL. Now reliance cant start manufacturing any flight atleast after rafale deal.so there it makes difference in productivity.Now if reliance have to set up industry like HAL it will take another 5 years with all equipments and machinery operation,bank lending required again .and reliance have no such projects in their list, as they already have huge loans with public sector banks..anyway what government has to do they have done it..public opinion is limited to only social media..the positive thing is rafale if we keep political issues other side..i feel bad for industries like HAL

This NTV had provided half truth about Rafael. It did not provide the details of Rafael deal. Why it is different from Congress initiated deal. Government ordered 2 squadrons of Rafael which are 36 Jets in Flyaway condition. Meaning these jets are equipped with fully loaded modern state of art technology for the jets to tackle the enemy. Good example is buying a car come with a basic option, but when you want to add AC, you will have to pay more, if you want to add entertainment system, you wiil . pay more, blue tooth, leather seats etc etc. Like wise, for this 36 Rafael Jets are equipped with fully loaded and ready to attack enemy. Thats why it is is expensive. India did not have these kind of fully loaded jets so far.

Every one knows Rafael tender process, one strategy is to choke by loading HAL with licence based making which is nothing but assembly with provided kits, This process stops HAL making indigenous jets, lack of understanding difference between tender based bear body man roaming on the road and full ornaments bride in the maariage function hall. What you do the fighter jets without weapons loaded. What are we doing with Sukhio 272 fighter jets made by HAL each jet costing 1000 cr without weapons, sukhio availability is 50% only which means if you have 300 sukhio jets, only 150 can be used and rest would need to be grounded for maintenance for the next fly. HAL is always struggling to integrate weapons with any foreign fighter jets, I think HAL shloud make only indigenous tejas and opt out foreign assembly which is no use of learning curve.
