    I always look for what opponents are doing to see what is open to play and most of times I'm like "Oh, I can't play anything, here we go again"

      Yeah, it feels frustrating when the number of clickable units is limited.

    the game feels the most boring when it revolves around four costs it feels like...

    • @LearningTFT
      @LearningTFT  Před 7 dny

      Yeah, the diversity of play is super limited when 4 costs are this strong. Gets boring fast.

    Yeah fast 9 hasn’t been very rewarding recently and this sums it up pretty well

      Yeah, this patch really limits the range of units you can play in the late game. Fingers crossed for next patch!

    I don’t care about balancing discussion. how does dishsoap always get on top? No matter how bad the meta is there’s always something to improve on and optimize.
    Even if the meta is 10x better it’ll feel shit to play cuz to be high rank you need to play so much that it’ll always get tiring or feel unbalanced.
    Enjoying the meta is a rare privilege if ur challenger
    Everything gets stale if you have to do it for hours on end every day. I can’t think of a single thing that just stays perfect. Other than maybe sleeping

      Yeah, dishsoap is a beast, especially in 4 cost metas. Part of the challenge is learning to enjoy/optimize the nuances of the game even when it feels unbalanced or tiring. Top players can find those small edges that stack throughout the game to accumulate a large edge.

    Man i really need the headliner to be back, people respect your choice of late game carry even less in this patch. It doesn't matter anymore if you have BiS AD items equipped on your holder, the moment your opponent gets to lvl 8, they will start rerolling for Ashe even if they have dead Rods and Tears in their inventory. Leading in econ doesn't guarantee 2* 4 cost. Anyone can just out-luck you. Doesn't feel good to play like this

      Maybe they were also rolling for their ideal 4-cost, but they ultimately ended up with Ashe. And as the saying goes, 'play with what the game gives you,' lol

      Man i love headliner/chosen mechanic. Like, i have several choice of carry and more easy to flex.

      I feel you. As Appies said, the issue is that 4 costs are too strong this patch, which means everyone needs to play the 4 cost lottery (except for gnar, but that's augment dependent). We don't need headliner back to fix this, just need more lines to be viable other than 4 costs to make them less contested.

      Just bitching about how I love the headliner mechanic. Bc the lastest patch this set was not so good or im so contested.
      You're right. We need more line to make this set balance. I personally think last patch was good and balance enough 😅

      Headliner mechanic sucks it forces you to play around the headliner you don't have the option to play flexible

    Why is no one talking about bag size changes. This is one of the direct results of bag size changes. If you are contested you are screwed.

    • @LearningTFT
      @LearningTFT  Před 7 dny +1

      I don't mind the bag size when the meta is healthy. It makes the game more interesting so not everyone can force the same comp. The main problem comes in when all the units at a cost tier are overpowered (eg 4 costs now). Basically results in everyone buying 4 costs, making 3* 4 costs much easier to hit.

      @hueyyang10 Před 7 dny

      @LearningTFT but then how do the devs balance the 3 cost. Because of the bag size changes and adjustments to level odds if you don't hit your 3 star 2/3 costs comps in a reasonable tempo it will still feel very bad imo.
