5 years back state govt tried to give this project to central govt to get it completed by NHAI but they refused since the land acquisition cost is high. Central government didn’t help Karnataka in completing this projrct

AI City( Artificial Intelligence) and Business Park Could be Built near Chikkabanavara or Heseraghata where the Bangalore Business Corridor Road project Going to Pass. AIIMS and Health City Could also come up at Chikkabanavara or Heseraghata or near Nelamangala Sattelite Township or Tumkur.
Tesla and Starlink Factory can also come up in Bangalore North West Area.

Since from 20yrs we are waiting but so many government came and gone but nobody are interested in completing this prr project and being having ouwn property we couldn't build our dream house its almost 20yrs back my father purchased.wht we required is build the prr or if not get us the NOC from bda so that atleast we can utilise our property.

Thank you for making yet another good video. I like the way you have articulated the "choukasi" concept towards the current Govt. Looks like they are finding ways to keep funding their flop freebies that's destroying the state slowly. I am one of the thousands who invested our hard earned closer to the PRR but to date there is 0 benefits...I have very little hope the state Govts will be able to deliver this project. Only Mr Nitin Gadkari ji can do some magic.

sir,, if this is a toll road will it work??? I see already many layouts have come up around the proposed alignment.. Also they are not planning for service road,, and force people to use the main carriage and pay toll.
