- I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS MY 50th FULLY PRODUCED VIDEO OF THE YEAR! For this special occasion I decided to really do the dang thing. This banger started out with some inspiration from some Elise Trouw samples I found on Splice. From there I walk you through my process as I create multiple patterns, add drums from Crate Cuts, bass, guitar, vocals, and finish it off with a live one-take performance. Hope you all love it! Links below! :)

Great vid breau! Elise Trouw is amazing! Your guitar cuts were great too man, nice work!
Thanks brother. This one was fun to make. And I know right? Elise is the truth!
@@BeauTylerMakesMusicGreat stuff Beau! Any advice on how to load/import a track let's say from Mpc beats or studio One INTO Maschine? It's a fairly long drum pattern I don't want to re trigger from my mpc beats. I'd love to get it into maschine so I can add guitars & vox..VoX... Any advice or direction would be highly appreciated... thanks again for what you do!
Now it's very current! Smiling.
Yes! More guitar! 😊 🎸
🎸 ❤️ 🙏 ✌️
This guys editing is on another level. Looks like Iron Man’s A.I.
Haha. Thanks homie!
Your videos are really finding an awesome groove Beau. You've done tutorials, beat making videos, the videos about your life etc but you seem to be pulling them all together and I'm here for it 🤯
Thanks so much!!!
This was dope!!!
Thanks homie!!!!!
Beau your videos are top notch well put together
Thank you Justin! ❤️✌️
I did indeed slap that like button, tickle that sub button, and smash that notification bell as instructed 🎵 🎵 🎵
😂❤️🙏✌️😂
Really awesome walk through. As always your musicianship shines thru. Thx 🙏🏾 for sharing the magic 🪄 👊🏾
Thanks so much brother!
I love that you've been breaking out the guitar more and more lately. Your tone is always so awesome. Was all of this tone really though the guitar rig program? If so I absolutely need it.
Only guitar rig :) 🙏
This was the perfect type of video. It’s not a tutorial but I still learned several things. Also I want every single one of these plugins.
God man, you are a true vibe! I look up to you, this was a great one!
Thanks so much Willie! I'm so glad you find encouragement in these videos. That's the greatest thing to come from these :) Come join me on tonight's stream :)
Wow your editing skills blow my mind fella :) but at 3:12 I am on the fence of Jedi mind trick or sick editing . What a banger of a song :) thank you for sharing love what you do
Haha. Thanks brother! I'm not sure what I did at 3:12 that your referencing, though. Fill me in!
@@BeauTylerMakesMusic words with no lip movement ;)
@@jukesasaurusrex oh lol. I cut out like 5 minutes between those two shots and I needed to cover something up so I just used the old talk-lead in edit lol. I mean… it was Jedi stuff. Lol
🙏 How do you just keep leveling up your videos so often? This was top notch Beau. The Sony camera you got looks great as well! ♥️
Thanks!!! I just aim for small improvement each time. ❤️✌️🙏
Subbed! This song was an entire vibe!
Thanks! 🙏✌️
Great work
Thanks!
BREAU THIS WAS SO GOOD! ❤️
I see what you did there. ❤️✌️🙏
Love this man! Exactly what I wanted to learn about! Love it
So glad to hear it! ✌️❤️
Much better once you added the variations
Clean work flow
Thanks so much! I loved these comments in seeing your real time reaction. Thanks so much for watching :)
So a while back I saw you're breakdown of your tune "Kung Fu" cause I'm just getting into beatmaking and picked up an Akai force. Awesome tune by the way. It recently sent me down a little rabbit hole with some of your music and f*** man, You are dope. You're songs have that thing. Song structure is amazing. Lyrics are great. Tunes got me jamming.
Keep up what you're doing man. You are very insightful as well. I will admit I will be quicker to click on a video that says Akai force on it but ether way. If it's a tune you're making. I'm here for it.
Wow thanks so much! The Akai Force is a great purchase! I do use Maschine more than the Force, but I've just been terrible about making videos with the Force for several technical reasons. I'll be making more of an effort to film some more Force content in 2022, though. Thanks so much for the kindness!
good stuff!
Thanks Hansba!
Filters yeah
🎸 🔥
You are very skilled and a informative teacher ❤🤟
Thank you so much!
Great tune, enjoyed this:-) Are u still using the Force?
Thanks so much! I am, I just don't film with it as much as I should. I'll definitely be making more of an effort to film with it in 2022 :)
These videos are so good after only a year that I'm convinced this time next year you'll just be releasing full length feature music movies on a weekly basis LMAO. #HeroLevelAF
Haha. I mean, that’s almost the actual plan… Thanks for the kindness! ❤️✌️
There was no machine or equipment when I did Funkaholic wow night and day.
It was all drawn in Jesus' even the automation mouse only
Man this is awesome. But how do you sample your guitar into the Machine?? Can you do a tutorial about this?? 🙌🏼🤟🏼 fkg awesome !!!
Absolutely. I do it in several different ways. Great idea for a video. Thanks!
Very cool. I’m torn between Maschine and Akai Force. Currently have an MPC Live but not in love with the workflow or the pads. Does the Maschine 3 plus allow you to record full length audio tracks / eg get a beat going and then lay down a 3-4 min audio track and then save that/export it as an mp3? Kind of after a glorified multitrack recorder / groove box on one :)
Absolutely it does! I often recommend the Kforce to people, but if you’re not in love with the MPC workflow, then I probably wouldn’t recommend the force to you. That being said, the force does have an entirely different set of options than the MPC, but the workflow is still very very similar.
Very Cool Video, Thx man! I am new to this; what would you rather recommend for stand-alonge songwriting with guitar as inspiration: Maschine plus or Aka MPC one plus? did you record guitar with an audio-Interface? thx
Yo. MPCs and Maschine's are both awesome! I prefer the Maschine because he workflow is a bit quicker. Albeit, they're both kind of stronge concepts at first but you'll get the hang of it fast. However, for a straight up singer/songwriter who plays a guitar a lot, I'd recommend the Akai Force if you want to go entirely stand alone. If you're okay with hooking into the computer or laptop then I'd recommend Maschine. To answer your other question, In this video I was in fact going through an audio interface, because I was already in my studio, But the Maschine and MPC both have built in audio interfaces. :)
@@BeauTylerMakesMusic thx! why does akai force fit better for that?
Hmm, I'd say probably just because it worked with my workflow well to be able to construct the song with their arranger. :)
@@BeauTylerMakesMusic cool - thx Beau! One more thin pls: My wish is to find a modus how I get into Producing songs in the evening after work. It should be simple and fun. - I have Ideas and I would like to get better in putting them into songs within a regular evening habit. I have an Ipad with Logic pro - also a MAC and Interfaces etc. Do you think the Akai force would help me in this regard, or is just the next excuse? Will I rather make progress with using Ipad and Logic Pro and sketch/produce my ideas without excuses. Or has the Akai Force this magic (as stand-alone unite)to keep you as producer/hobbyist focused and willing to have fun with the device. thx for your response. BR
Great video Beau.
I’m a guitar player and I am wondering how did connect your guitar to Maschine. I figured your are using guitar rig which I have. Just wondering how it’s done.
Hi Michel! Thanks so much! I just plug in direct when recording in Maschine. The only issue is that you can’t hear your effects while you’re recording since Madchine is, at its heart, a sampler and not actually a traditional DAW. However, with some quick routing changes you can fix the issue. At 1:41 in the video I show what to do so that you can monitor your guitar rig effects in real time. If I go over it too quickly then check out Jef Gibbons’ video on routing guitar and using Guitar Rig. He does a step by step guide that I’ve personally watched at least 5 times myself. ❤️🙏✌️
@@BeauTylerMakesMusic thanks Beau. I will check Jef Gibbons. He’s great and so are you. Damn you guys know your Maschine. I have a long way to go. I come from a DAW workflow and still do but I want to incorporate Maschine for creativity and ideas.
Hey Beau was just wanting to know which bass did you use and from what sample pack?
Man I wish I could remember but I’m really not sure. It was a while back and I really can’t recall.
I plugged my bass guitar and I hardly hear the sound almost zero volume.. Help please
I’d love to help. It’s hard to know what the issue is without knowing more, but have you made sure your input gain knob is turned up? Perhaps it’s too low. Let me know and we’ll figure it out :)
Did your les Paul go into mic in, or into preamp - line in? Cheers
Yo. In this case I was plugged into the first input of my audio interface. If I were using my maschine interface I’d just go through the line in though.
@@BeauTylerMakesMusic
Sweet. Cheers.
I’m new to Maschine. I will have to give sampling my guitar playing a go soon.
You explain to fast for anyone to learn
