This is truth. Even if women want to work, the in-laws a lot of time want her to do everything that a housewife does - and go out and earn money. Most working married women are tired. They get up at 4-5, make breakfast, lunch and prep dinner, give tea to husband and in-laws, manage maid/s, reach office, work office jobs, go home to cook dinner, wash dishes, manage 100% of emotional labour, and praise the husband if he makes one cup of tea to "help" etc. Weekends/holidays are worse as since its a "holiday" the family would demand lots of food and need to do general cleaning....and for the women who have kids...I don't know how they manage to remain sane...even a robot would breakdown with the kind of work that they do. Familys are not supporting working women in major homes and covid made it even more difficult with families wanting big meals and mid day teas.
I am unable to understand why a mother in law stops making tea for herself as soon as the bahu comes..Is it such a tough job? Wasn't her household running prior to this marriage?

Hello Amitji, I loved this episode . Its so informative. I want to tell all my cousins & sisters in law who are in their 40s to get up and work, make money & assets for yourself. My husband & me started our Recruitment business from home 8+ years ago and are doing very well together. We initially had no employees, but now we have 5 "women" employees working from home, taking care of their families, home and themselves. We only employ Women in our office, coz, we think they do a better job. Thanks for this video!

Your channel is a source of joy in my life. It is better than any movie I can ever watch. It touches my heart and makes me laugh and cry at the same time. I can so relate to everything you say... Most importantly, it makes me feel proud of myself for sustaining a career. All females here would know that no one else does that ;). In my opinion, most of the people still feel insecure of educated and independent women, specially when it comes to marriage.
Girls, actually can do anything.....just have to be very very careful about the men they marry. Marry men who would be a support system, not the ones who would stand in the way..mere kapde press kyun nahi, Aaj salad nahi hai. :(
Whatever you said is the bitter truth. Its a man's world so more neutral or ladies related work or work suited to woman temperament is good. However women have to do it on their own steam. You only can make it sustainable. Bravo Sir, make more videos.🙏

Sorry but this happens only in India because outside India scenario is so different as women are working in all fields even driving city buses, ambulances, taxis and much more so it depends on society and culture how they treat gender differences. When this will change and all women start working or doing business whatever to make them financially independent India will be super power. As we have lots of manpower just wasted. I think sir you can do revolution by making some videos for them who are just sitting at home and doing nothing because they think their time is gone. I am studying CA and found one lady age 55 doing phd as she did not complete while she was younger and had family responsibilities she encouraged me to complete my studies even with family responsibilities and working full time so we are the only one who limit our possibilities.
True so many big tech companies have lot of talented women or agar hum kahe men to marta kat te rehte he gunda gardi yai sab karte h vo karna to kisi bhi gender ke kiye sahi nahi h kuki mard agar ladayii karega or baad me mar gaya to baad me uske ghar ki lady ko.hi soni family' k support karna padhega
Blatant truth put across bluntly...one needs to be bold to say that men and women are not equal in society these days...the issue of sustainability of a women's job is extremely valid..wud look fwd for more on the topic sir...
All the words are so close to working woman's life. The unemployed lady members are the one who criticize them pointing their less care on children, home cleaning and managing. We working women are left in hands of in laws by our own parents and in laws get the whole authority to manipulate, brain wash the newly wed working girl and often make her realize her duties regarding family. We women get suppressed from both side. Eventually we donot perform well in both field and live a miserable life. These things no one discuss, even we hesitate to tell our painful condition to others for the sake of family pride.
Practical rahiye...Sahi cheeze sahi hoti hai...Khud ki comitment honi chahiye apni carrier ke prati...Main toh khud kar rahi hoon...mera aim of Life hi yehi tha...Self Independent for Lifetime...Thanks to my Nani who gave us these Teachings for all her daughters and grandchildren way ahead of times...Feel proud to be part of such Family.

I was among chilled toppers in class who always knew her capabilities even if scoring zero. Post 12th i was made look fool n depressed for saying what i wanted to b. I was forced to b doctor n i always feel out of place. At workplace i see bihari types antiwomen men. Most men where their women r not treated well ,devalue women.
Yes , sir aap bht thik baat ko recognise kiye hai jo aaj kal humare saath hota hai, ladies independent banna chahate hai par gents un par havi hote hai
Aap ka kehena bilkul sahi hai. Meri office me Boss k ye hi vichar tha ki ladies ko jyada increment nahin dena chahiye even if they are doing hard work and more deserving. I left the co in 1 year.
Its sad that at the end you highlighted how men are suffering cause they are working and women should continue with their career too even after they are married, running their house while they work, managing kids and their life and career all while they work. I think the actual message is that men inspite of working should help in the house and women should do the same too, cause in a working women house, men are definitely not the ones suffering all the time. Yes women do get comfortable in the household chores, but a working women does way more than that and if u actually want to push a women to work, you need to push men too to help in the household chores.

Agree as a HR i know back side relatives, Females are judged they are at 25-26 yrs so will get married soon, 27-33yrs old do you have child if no then won't hire them so no need to pay maternity leaves of 6 months. Even females gets lesser salaries than men as assumed men has more responsibility. Sometimes manager prefer to keep one female in team of males so they will be entertained and males feels motivated at workplace. I heard managers tell females you don't have that lady charm, put up some makeup don't be rough tough lady. I feel very sad for ladies, but we are behind such things cause we always look for comforts, even new concepts Menstrual leaves so management reduces number of ladies as they can't scold females like they can put pressure on males for sales, productivity.

He had already sed...women needn't to compete with man..emotionally and biologically women are different from man...women should do job related to venus and moon..need to be little diplomatic while handling things... Like in you case..if you husband taking transfer..why u need to change place with him..initially it is fine..but later let's hold your place.if u get a good opportunity in city a, no need to move to city b with husband..just do your job

Maybe you can opt for some way to take your skills online where location is not important 😊. the task might not be as lucrative as an " on site" job but less hours less pay model... Just a suggestion...
Even today career of girls is seen as a ladder to get a good match...no matter after marriage she will be compelled to leave her job or asked to give her full salary at home because she goes out to do work.... No matter how much we become progressive or laws for women has been made, women at home is still opressed because patriarchy is rooted in the blood of this society!!!
Agree with you , girls should not quit their earning work/job/,kids grow with in 4 to5 years span. Adult Children respect mothers if they r earning good amount. For 4 to 5 years untill kids grow ,they should seek help from Nainy or cooks or daycare providers.
But man's world needs to be changed...agar aise haar maan k sari ladkiyan sirf teacher hi banengi...other fields ka to pata hi nahi chalega..and jahan jahan ladies ayi h jhande gade hain they are good in doing business ... good politicians...y can't we create a balanced society ...

Amitji, vow what a bindass video. Loved it. In India, this is the hard truth👍👍👍. Keep on spreading this awareness. In developed countries, like Singapore, women have equal representation. You must have a webinar on this topic.
Hi I have done my MBA in Hr. Do you any work from home job opportunity?

Could relate very much to ur talk! Did Bachelors in Architecture but realised the amout of running around the Profession demands once l started doing Housing Projects on my own! Reached a stage where i wasn't happy working for less salaries in other offices but was also not ready to compramise on my family time to build my own Company! Had never thought in this perspective while choosing my Career.
Absolutely true!! Each and every word is related to real life. Not even this but all other videos are straight forward and very well define. It's being one week that I came across to your channel ,watching videos back to back ,keeping all my other jobs beside. It must be funny but true. First time ever I am commenting this much on someone's video. Thankyou so much for sharing your knowledge on each and every required topic. Pls do elaborate this topic.
Sir, you are absolutely correct. Teachers are paid very less compared to the amount of patience, hard work they put in.
I have been a teacher for more than 23 years at a stretch.. You are very right, it is high time society realized this & supports women.
Yes we want this kind of content more.. as a PhD dropout I can only say that..life has become meaningless..I want financial freedom but due to the long career break.. going back to work seems impossible. Pls suggest some career choices

Hume raaz pata chal Gaya sir bcz Maine end tak dekhi apki video and it was really good . I have started watching your videos just 2-3 days back and I am finding these very practical and informative .it's always better to receive information and knowledge from the person who is experienced and your way of talking shows sir that you are experienced but the best part is that you are experienced and interesting too . I am like your daughter maybe sir I am 26 years of age ..and I am a student .
Sustainable jobs for women .Please bring more videos on this topic. Once again amazing content 👍.
You r spot on Sir 😅😅 keep going.👍🤗❤️🇮🇳🙏 India Needs to change for the better. GREAT wish someone was there to guide me .I was a primary teacher Montessori, very popular, loved by children parents but so poorly paid by school. Now retired .🙏❤
Very true. I am a from West Bengal and a high school teacher👩🏫. Want more this type vedio.
Yes Sir........we would definitely like to know more about this topic......... atleast we will be able to guide our next generation of daughters in selection of a better career.....
No one supports you in real sense barring may be few. Be prepared to face the inherent problems of the work. Take help from reliable corners. And dont keep any regrets. You only can make it sustainable. Bravo Sir, make more videos.🙏
I was needing a solid motivation, ending few minutes of this video has done that to me.. thanx from bottom of my heart
Practicality... Sir Its Needed in this society of future... Especially for Young Adults Like Me.. It helps to shape Right Perspective about Life.. Please Keep up the Good Work Sir..!

Thank you waiting for ur next video eargerly
Yes sir ne aayina dikha diya..
Very helpful insights....and real...keep going...u r doing a wonderful job 👍
Amazing video Sir, your channel is a treasure of wisdom. Thank you so much for sharing your guidance.
Blatant truth put across bluntly...one needs to be bold to say that men and women are not equal in society these days...the issue of sustainability of a women's job is extremely valid..wud look fwd for more on the topic sir...
It is not just about feminism and being equal..
Yes please . We would like to know what ladies can take up when she has raised her kids... I mean for late starters
I m facing the same
Same here
U are the best..
Your thoughts should reach to all the world..
You are the treasure of good attitude 🙏
P... Very nice video full of practicality and fun!
Patriarchy is hell
Thank you sir for touching this dark side of women.. Please talk about it more often
100 percent agree with you. Pl. Go ahead in detail on this topic
True very true... their is diffrence between earning women and working women
You are trying to take our society to a better level and harmony, hope your messages are spread out, understood and accepted
Mein hun sarkari Class 1 officer . Apki ek ek baat 👍💯 . I am 40 yrs old female .
Good job sir.... harsh, hard facts presented nicely
Thank you so much Sir for this knowledgeable and inspiring and addressing this issue about woman
Sir your blunt nature is your true asset, world is too sweet to get diabetes
Sweet talks and fakeness that is today's world. But this is hat ke! What is happening.
Very practical analysis. . . Do share more.
Bdia sir boht bdia, god bless you
u r super intellectual sir i have seen maximum videos of yours all r super original thank you so much for this useful content provided in such an interesting way .May god bless you sir.
Sir, thts so true. I m a government servant I totally agree with you. Men’s dominant the services.., basically job, party, site visits etc ye saab ke men ka dominate kar rahe hai
Very very true!!!
Sir, you really touched the paining veins of ladies...i m also a MBA graduate and left my job n doing tution..but not satisfied with my job...give some light over career choice at late 40s
Very interesting and relevant topic 👍
Excellent and eye opening Vedio. If ur suggestions are implemented, really we can progress.
P.. Salute to u sir👏👏 please create a separate video for women self employment options

Humble Caring request kindly give yourself a break n feel light n re-start again fresh.
Do you deal in option trading? I need guidance. In same boat. 16+ yrs work of IT. Now frustrated.
Very true Sir, very nicely explained.
Very Practical
I'm impressed
well said sir, Everything you mentioned is relatable. I am ex IT professional, currently pursuing freelancing and stock market as a career. Worked in corporate environment for nearly 12 years. You mentioned correctly work environment is not that women friendly. I was very mentally disturb at work and at home also after my marriage , as my in laws were not supportive. And at my parents place i was very pampered and my parents supported me always. After marriage working and life at home was tough.
So the problem is in-laws and marriage, not the job!!
Well said. You hit on the core issue but need your guidance on solution as well. Pls conduct a webinar where we can discuss career opportunities for ourself and our daughters
Sir I so truly agree with you. pl make more series on this.
ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਕੰਮ।
Sir , jayada sustainability wali job k bare mein bataye..(venus and moon influence wali) please. Thanks sir
Plz sir...I also want this information
Fir kaunsa career choose kare?
Very good video. Very clear and crisp. Thanks sir.
Dhanyaa ho aap Guruji 🙏🙏🙏 need more gyaan on this topic. Please kindly do so.
Sir u touched the lifes of so many well educated women's... I had done M. Sc, n Ph. D in Agriculture and could have got my dream Govt job but due to marriage n kids compromised on my career choices n after a long break now I m working as a guest faculty in a college... Now also demand for a second child... Life is full of compromised for a women... Who wants to pursue something good for herself... Husband ka bhi transfer hota rehta hai jaise hi mera kahi acha hota hai we had to shift d city again... Pls give some suggestions to us also
He had already sed...women needn't to compete with man..emotionally and biologically women are different from man...women should do job related to venus and moon..need to be little diplomatic while handling things...
Like in you case..if you husband taking transfer..why u need to change place with him..initially it is fine..but later let's hold your place.if u get a good opportunity in city a, no need to move to city b with husband..just do your job
@@pranatidas5972 what about kid.....he will live and get education with whom parent, as he needs stability too.......women have to make choice between family and career options
Maybe you can opt for some way to take your skills online where location is not important 😊. the task might not be as lucrative as an " on site" job but less hours less pay model... Just a suggestion...
Sam here Mam
Shweta Gupta ji you should make grand parents responsible for your kid and focus on your job. Also one kid is enough.
Ur very great sir. Truly said everything
I was hoping to get the list of career choices for my wife and sister. Waiting for your next video on this topic now.
100 % hit kiya shared with my partner. Really Need more videos on this. She is much educated.
Everything you told is true. Thank you🙏
You are right sir...thanks for understanding women 👍👍
Agree with you , girls should not quit their earning work/job/,kids grow with in 4 to5 years span.
Adult Children respect mothers if they r earning good amount.
For 4 to 5 years untill kids grow ,they should seek help from Nainy or cooks or daycare providers.
How to relieve working women from so much work at home.
I agree
But exploitation bhot juada hai
Ladki bhi ladkiyo ko support nahi karti wahi aadmi ki hawas hi nahi khatam hoti
Yes 💯 reality!!! In office ppl are envy and at home that bond or wramth is missing!!!
This is truth sir . .u r very genuine person..aap practically hi bataye sabko
