15 to 20 days ah. En pa intha showroom la work panra ellarum vaaya thorantha poi mattum thaan pesuveengala. Enaku book pani 3 months ku apuram thana bike kudutheenga athuvum manufacturer's defect ooda iruka oru naa bike ah paathu kudutheenga.. Shabhaaa mudila....
I have Jawa classic for past 2 years, the service is bad and no support from service centres. My jawa after 2 years, last month coil which charges the battery is dead, I got my Jawa break down just 5kms away from Service centre in old pallavaram road. But no support from Sanitorium (Tambaram) service centre. It was a difficult situation to take the jawa to the service centre, I struggled for 3 hrs pushing the Jawa and atlast service centre told me to put in the load and bring it to the service centre, and it was challenging for me to find a load auto and they charged me more for just 5 Kms. After I reached the service centre I got it serviced after 3 days, but I addressed to fix the another problem also (Bike is swithching off while in running) , whcih they have not able to fix it. Local mechanics cannot do service for Jawa.

This girl is worst 😒 . She will not behave properly in the showroom. I spent 2.5lakh and bought yezdi adventure. Total scrap and waste of money. Worthless.. she is not properly attending the call and she doesn't have proper knowledge. Only thing is the guys who are all working in the showroom will definitely ask you 10 more days to complete the work. Till now I'm not getting proper answer from the showroom. They won't replace the manufacturing defect product.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a bike service center, and I must say that I am incredibly frustrated with the level of service I received. The overall lack of professionalism and incompetence displayed by the staff has left me deeply disappointed.
Upon bringing my bike to the service center, I clearly outlined several issues that required attention. These included an oil leakage in the engine head, the need to adjust the back shock absorber, bolts in the radiator that needed adjustment, heavy vibrations in the mirror, a chain in need of adjustment, scratches near the shock absorber pistol indicating potential front suspension issues, and the need to check the alignment of the wheel. Despite explicitly informing the service center about these complaints, they did not bother to address any of them.
To make matters worse, after completing what can only be described as a superficial and general service, the service center provided me with the bike without even providing an invoice copy. When I requested the invoice, the staff offered a flimsy excuse, stating that they would send it to me via WhatsApp. This lack of professionalism and disregard for providing proper documentation only added to my growing frustration.
To my dismay, within just 150 kilometers of driving the bike after the service, I discovered that none of the reported issues had been resolved. Furthermore, I noticed that the engine health warning light was continuously blinking, indicating further complications. This suggests a severe lack of technical expertise and knowledge within the service center.
Overall, my experience with this bike service center has been nothing short of disappointing. They failed to address the problems I reported, exhibited unprofessional behavior by not providing an invoice copy, and the overall quality of service was subpar. I strongly discourage anyone from relying on this service center for their bike repairs or maintenance needs. It is clear that they lack the necessary expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is disheartening to approach a service center with genuine concerns only to be met with doubt and uncertainty. I sincerely hope that they prove my skepticism wrong and effectively resolve all the reported issues with my bike.
In conclusion, my experience at the bike service center in Tiruppur has left me feeling unsure about the outcome of the repairs and adjustments needed for my JAWA 42 2.1 model. I will wait and see if they can prove me wrong by providing the necessary solutions and delivering a satisfactory service.
