Very nice!

Any silver skin throughout the roast or just on the outside? Not a bad deal
No there is no silver skin inside, this is a wonderful cut of beef for a good price. Thanks for watching and enjoy the rest of your week 😊🙏
I do prefer the chuck roast! More fat & flavor😅
Came out beautifully cooked! Could you share the link of the thermometer. I would like to buy it. Ty🎉

@@RealCookingInMyKitchen thank you very much
That looks amazing but the other cuts won't have the grain running differently?
Thank you! Only the first one has the gran running differently. I’m going to cook this one tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes.🤗
Just wanted to let you know that, I cooked the roast and it was equally good. Only in a small part of the roast the meat grains run slightly off. Cooked to medium-rare(130F) let rest for 20 minutes( the internal temperature will increase 10 degrees during the final resting) and sliced thin. It’s a good cut of beef.
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen Thanks for the update! I recently did a sirloin roast and made the mistake of NOT cutting against the grain. Cooked perfect just chewy due to the way I sliced.
