CHEST AND BACK…💯🙌🏻 I CHANGED MY WORKOUT SPLIT.

  • Hello everyone…
    For the past few months, i have been following following push pull legs and i still think it’s most effective way to train.
    But it requires more time and currently i am not having enough time to train.
    So I decided to change my workout split so i can increase the load a bit. And also i need to focus my shoulders so this split will help me in that also.
    It’s basically a 4 day split.
    Day 1- chest and back
    Day 2- shoulders and abs
    Day 3- arms and fore arms
    Day 4- legs
    Today we are going to do chest and back.
    We are having very low energy as we are recovering from the throat pain.
    We did pushups and pull ups till failure as warm up.
    For chest we started with incline chest press on smith machine. 30kg on each sides. 2 sets. Drop set on last set.
    Then we did row machine 2 sets with max weight.
    Then we did chest flys machine 2 drop sets and our chest was done and energy was lost.
    Then for back, close grip lat pull down superset with cable pullovers.
    And our today’s workout is over.
    This might or might not help for you. So do take it in that sense.
