Keratopigmenation is a novel procedure that permanently changes the color of the eye by means of creating an intracorneal tunnel with the aid of a femtosecond laser and inserting a special pigment in front of the natural pigment of the eye.
This procedure doesn’t involve the opening of the eye and therefore avoids intraocular complications like hemorrhages, infection, retinal detachment, and glaucoma.
Automated with the highest precision laser technology, the procedure is performed under topical anesthesia with eye anesthetic drops and is not painful.

When you look up FDA approval for this procedure, it only says that the laser used is FDA approved. The procedure itself is not. That is very telling
@Cameron Scott theres a difference between rare side effects and actively causing damage to your body. Your chances of developing a severe rash from advil are pretty slim. Why? because thats a reaction dependent on one’s body, not the medicine. your chances of going BLIND from a procedure like this? very high, because the procedure itself entails doing something that would alter the way the eye is meant to function.

Why don't you show us a closeup picture of the eyes after, or show us an uncut video of the eyes transitioning to the new color
They purposely kept the camera at a distance, used a ring light to enhance the reflection off her eyes and showed only a snip it of footage, because they know damn well if they showed a close up of the before & after, people would be absolutely mortified by the results!....
You can find before & after pics on Google and the finished results look 100% unnatural, fake, uneven pigmentation of the dye and the color stops at the exact same place that colored contacts do!...
This Doctor and his team are a joke and the fact he is pushing this procure at a discounted rate on "Grupon" it a big red flag that he is not making a lot of money and filling the clinic chairs with patients who want this horrific procedure done to their eyes!... SMH!

Some people may just look more natural with a different eye color due to having more cohesive characteristics rather than looking more beautiful for the added contrast.

Cosmetic surgeries in the eyes are not recommended by organs like the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the ones in Europe due to the risks involved. There are many cases of reported problems (some on CZcams).

I did this 2 years ago not with them.
My natural color is light brown and I got hazel ish honey kinda. And I have no problems only at the begging very weird and kinda pain when going outside (the sun) and the dark (shade inside buildings, house etc). But they lol so real ppl always complementing my eyes.
I even get my eyelashes curled perm or whatever it’s call (natural curl) so my eyes look amazing lol sorry

It’s fake. They put colored contact lenses on them. And if you were to undergo a real procedure with legit ophthalmologist (or whoever performs it) you’d risk vision loss or chronic health problems like glaucoma. I’d recommend refraining, and sticking to colored contacts instead.

I was really hoping to love this innovative eye color changing procedure but I dont like it at all!... The color pigment is one solid color with no variation in shades or patterns. The limbal ring around the iris looks extremely unnatural, uneven and the color pigment covering the person's actual brown iris stops right at the same place that color contacts do, so when you look closely into all these peoples eyes, it literally looks like they are wearing a cheap colored contact lens over their natural brown eyes, because you can still see their brown eyes showing around the pupil and it doesn't look good at all or blend evenly with the fake color!... For those wanting to have this done, do a wide search of the before & after pictures, read real reviews and you will see exactly what I'm talking about and how unnatural this pigmentation process will make your eyes look!... 😔

They insert another lens into the iris and it’s permanent. That then rubs agains the retina like sandpaper and over time will leave you blind

These are a realistic looking as colored contacts. They will have the same fish eye look in bright lighting conditions because the pupil size always stays the same. Just wear colored contacts. They’re much safer.
