i had to work over the 4th weekend. we had a 30yr fixed rate Morgage we just paid it off last august

My late husband had one like that.
It was a dream.
He built his car from Frame up.
I hated when he sold it
In 1976 (America’s bicentennial), we parked at the Pentagon parking lot, and bicycled across the Potomac River and spent the fireworks at the base of the Washington Monument. Truly something we have never forgotten, us and a million others. Pretty cool display of fireworks. Took us a couple hours to get home, about 15-20 miles, traffic was insane.
Being from Texas, I didn’t know about your mortgage requirement. I wonder who had that idea. In Texas we would string him up by his ears. Lol 😂

Not only are you from my home neighborhood (Anola MB) you by far are my favorite channel to watch. I come from a family of Truck drivers (3rd generation). I am 50 and love how you as a young driver kick it old school. Thanks for sharing your travels my friend.

Didn't know that about the mortgages in Canada. We've got 15, 30,and 40 year mortgages in the USA just stay away from adjustable rate mortgages.
The 30 or even 40 year fixed mortgage is very unique to the USA most of the rest of the world is like Canada 5 year adjustable rate or something else short-term.
Hey Josh! Need some serious advice from an experienced trucker. How do you even out the tan on your arms!! My left arm and side of my face is a total different race than my right side. City driver, tandem dump, windows down all day.

Five years and you have to renew your mortgage?............whaaaat?, that in itself needs to go away, Straighten out the government first and then have go after the banking industry, and the government agency that allows that to happen. That would never be tolerated in the USA.
