Rose. Great question. There is indeed a time and place for everything. I believe the Holy Spirit will help you discern these things. Ask the Lord and he will give you wisdom in the matter. Even Jesus, (filled with the Holy Spirit) talked sparingly as he spoke with Pilate before his crucifixion. Time and place.
