Get your facts right, if they lost- it does not count as a loss until they surrender; lose all troops/weapons or they lose all territory.
LOL Ukraine only started losing when they ran out of weapons and ammo. Russia has been trying to take a country 1 20th it's size for 10 years. 18% of Ukraine in 10 years. The war should of been over in 10 days tops. So Russia is very good at sucking at war as everyone has witnessed for 700 days straight. So never underestimate Russia's ability to suck at war.

Russia says that about all their weapons until they are battle tested and everyone sees they are junk. A few months ago Russians and Putler fans were claiming the S400 was the best in the world. Until Ukraine started picking them off at will. We found out they can only shoot down Russian air force jets. There was no S-500 until like 48 hours after Ukraine destroyed 3 S400s in one day. 48 hours just long enough to repaint a S400 and let the paint dry. Look it's a S500 best in the world LOL.
