Hello, for nimh batteries to work for many years, they require passive and permanent balancing due to their low cell tension, they will not be the same. This is solved by connecting a shunt resistor 1k or 470 ohm drop 1 to 5 mah with its current limiting resistor (1 to 5mah) It balances all the cells at the same voltage. It is not perfect and a small percentage of capacity is lost, but it is better than a dead battery after 3 years. This method is highly effective, reliable and easy to integrate, achieving triple the useful life of a battery.

9:29 never pull or push bearings from the inner race when you install them into something (or, on the outer race when you're installing them onto something). You can damage them and considerably reduce their life time or outright break them apart.
Doesn't matter in this case - he's pulling it in place in a evenly and smooth motion with a tool that's made for it. What's damaging to bearings is when people hammering them in place with a socket or a piece of pipe.

I have one tip for you. You can restore plastic parts with fire instead varnish or products like that. Just use a torch and pass fire quickly before burning on the piece
