Uh oh………Bob, be careful. There were 2 or 3 instances in the beginning of the video, where you exhibited a couple of “Kent-like” behaviors. Perhaps you’re spending a bit too much time together, I’m not sure. And Kent, your corner is looking especially vibrant lately. Well done! I’m using the Zoo Med style 36x24x18 enclosures. Marie will be upgrading from her “baby enclosure” to one of those, today. I’m ordering two of the Snake Discovery style, four foot enclosures for Darwin and eventually, Marie. Then I’ll have 3 empty enclosures for MORE BALL PYTHONS!!!! The Discord is very cool. Thanks for doing that! 🐍❤️🐍

Thank you for this!!! The breeder that I got my first 2 BPs from knows that I’m already hooked, and suggested that I get a rack instead of a tank. I see the pros and cons for both. The pros for a rack(s) outweighs the pros for tank (at least for me).

Lovely to see your grow ones doing so well Bob. I like the additional rack. We use a similar set up called Herpotics. We find them easy to set up and clean. Hope your season goes well. Paul at NFM.

I just got my 3 tub rack from C Serpents on Friday . I Love it so far. Both snakes took food fast, one had been on a two month hunger strike, other one got over his almost 4 month hunger strike in glass enclosures. Just need a third snake to fill the third tub :)

My favorite racks used to be Cserpents, but my favorite enclosures are Animal plastics. I don’t agree with the use of racks anymore so it’s only pvc cages here
I'm switching everything to Black Box at this point but AP is a good choice too

I just discovered Gaffer's tape. Oh my, works for cables and temperature probes too. Does not alter the probe signal like metal foil tape can do (depends on the type of probe of course, a plastic coated probe should not be affected, but still, best to just avoid metal tape for the probe just in case.) And gaffer's tape peels off with no residue when you need to remove it.
Gaffer's tape is my go-to for almost everything. Much better than duct tape.

I had a custom 4 high snake rack built from my friend from Olympian exotics. It takes the HUGE Christmas tree storage totes. I have another 32qt 6 high rack but I wanted a huge one for all my adults so they have tons of room. It’s 52 1/2" x 20" x 15 1/2". Love it. They have soooooo much room

Hi Bob, my wife and I LOVE Tiger Lily!! ... We are new BP parents and recently adopted a Male Banana-Hypo-Black Pastel-Fire which we named Prince, and his eventual girlfriend (we hope) Vanilla-Enchi-Het Clown we named Jujubè... as far as favorite enclosures, that’s easy, American Enclosures out of Victoria, TX... Brad makes awesome products for reasonable prices... we opted for sliding glass enclosures but will be buying a rack system from him once we get closer to time to breed.

I’m interested in the rack system! I am upgrading some of mine to Animal Plastics pvc enclosures and it’s so much easier to maintain heat and humidity for me in those!

I had my snakes in my bedroom before but now I moved in with my boyfriend and I have a separate room for myself and I keep my animals there including my snakes. I didn't know that I shouldn't burn candles in the room. Could you maybe explain it a little bit more? Is it really that bad for them? Thanks for your videos, as a beginner, I'm always learning something new :)
Yeah, any kind of smoke is bad. But also, certain essential oils and especially the synthetic stuff that many candles put off. Snakes have very simple and fragile respiratory systems. It's best to keep anything burning or putting out a strong chemical or essential oil odor out of the room
You like the black box or c serpants better for racks?
Check out the video I posted last week on the black box racks. Black Box just upgraded their rack systems and they are now, by far the best PVC rack on the market

My favorite PVC enclosures are by far ToadRanch enclosures.

Glad you liked the video! My adults go into V70 size tubs... I personally LOVE Stranger Things but Kent was scared watching The Goonies so I don't think he'll ever lay eyes on Stranger Things.

I usually enjoy your content and will keep subscribing. But I have to say I look forward to a day when racks - in the typical configurations currently sold - aren't promoted.
There are a lot of people for and against. They definitely aren't right for many species
So my 1 year old male is in a 32x18x18 exo Terra and my 6 month old female is in a tub but will be moving into a 32x18x18 exo Terra that I've had sitting around once she outgrows the tub she's currently in. I would like to have them in 4x2x2 pvc enclosures next year I've been trying to save up for them.
Those are all great enclosures, but those PVC will be worth it. They are the best in my opinion :-)
I ordered an animal plastics enclosure in December and here in April I'm still waiting for it. Planning for lead time is definitely important and I thought I gave myself enough time but now am having to figure something else out in the meantime. They don't answer my emails or voice messages which is kinda frustrating.

Hi Bob, big fan of your snakes and what you do by the way I’m new to owning snakes I bought a 6 month old then got a 2 year old pastel dumped on me and she’s sick with a a sinus infection I’ve watched all ur videos on what to do took her to the vet got her first shot today she came to me in a tub I upgraded it the best I could with lights and everything I’ve hit a hard spot in life with my family and jobs at the moment and can’t get a tank is there anyway you can help me boss

All 6 of my racks came from Chris! I love them and it usually takes 5-6 weeks for me to get mine too. I have two new v70 3-tub packages that I have to unpack and setup this weekend. My husband put led lights strips in mine. 😁
