    𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘀:These buttery, flaky flatbreads serve as the outer layer of the roll. While you can make your own parathas, using frozen parathas (brands like Dawn and Kawan) saves time.
    𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝗶: The star of the recipe! Boneless chicken is marinated with spices, yogurt, ginger, garlic, and olive oil. It’s then grilled in the oven or stove until it resembles authentic chicken tikka.
    𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲:: A simple sauce made with yogurt, mayo,green paste , paprika, and garlic.
    𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮:
    All purpose flour : 2 cup
    Salt : 1/4 tsp
    Oil : 1 tbsp
    Now cover it and rest it for 10 to 12 minutes
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻:
    Boneless chicken : 300 gram
    Yogurt : 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice : 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder : 1 tsp
    Ginger powder : 1/2 tsp
    Crushed red chili : 1/4 tsp
    Salt : 1/2 tsp
    Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
    Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
    Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
    Food color : a pinch (optional)
    Mix well
    Keep it aside.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻:
    Oil : 1 tbsp
    Masala chicken
    Cook it for a minute on low flame
    Water : 1/2 cup
    Now cover it and cook it on low medium flame
    for 8 to 10 minute
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲:
    Yogurt : 1/2 cup
    Mayonnaise : 1/4 cup
    Green paste : 1/2 tbsp
    Black pepper a pinch
    Salt : a pinch
