I will not stop bitching and moaning about, and not stop telling my friends every day - that trevor bauer is an INNOCENT MAN. He would benefit literally any team in MLB right now.
Also your knowledge of the human body and pitching in general is extremely commendable. You have so much to teach other pitchers about injuries.
I truly believe if all pitchers had the drive and work ethic like Trevor does for pitching, everybody would be solid. The time, effort, and out of the box things he puts into his routine and workouts is phenomenal. He truly is someone who's obsessed with his craft, and boy do I enjoy learning and watching.
MLB stop catering to the. 0001% that would have a problem with Trevor back. It's an american story of compassion and grace. And on top it he's innocent. Bring him back! Dodgers should pick him up.

A lot of guys he played with didnt give a shit but he always got into it with management. What made it worse was he didnt keep his mouth shut about it either. He was pretty public about how things got done and how decisions were made. Any pro sport org is going to have a problem with that but Bauer was levels above so many that they put up with it. Then the allegations came and it was all they needed to walk away. Can teams benefit from his services? hell yeah. But they dont want the headache which I sort of get. But when Bauer was down to play for league minimum still no one picked him up it sealed his fate. HE will never pitch in the MLB. The owners will all stick together on this. Which is sad because he is good enough.

Having one of the best pitchers in the world explaining a Splitter with buying merch on a homepage is not something I was expecting - but it somehow still sounded perfectly reasonable. I still hope to see Trevor back in the MLB, he is so much more and so much better than most things MLB has to offer, and at this point I almost think being on an MLB roster would be miserable for Trevor due to all the unjustified scrutiny. I've heard to MLBPA blame the pitch clock, others blame training methods and players pushing themselves too far to throw too hard to be sustainable. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it because from what I can tell, you also have used modern training methodologies to increase your speed. Are you worried or do you think you've done something different, the right way maybe, that you think your arm is more sound? Hey Trevor, love your content. I saw that you care about spreading baseball so here is a video idea for when you get back from the season: How to throw a baseball for a complete beginner. Maybe even get a fan who's never played baseball and cant throw at all, and see how much good technique can help. It could help a lot of people, myself included.

Do you go softer on pitch grip do you stay away from certain pitches that strain arm? Stay away from certain arm slots? Don't focus on going 96-98 and stay lower for the FB?

I usually throw 5-10 pitches of the same thing to get that feeling back for each pitch and then once I got the control for each pitch then I mix them up.Usually start fastball in then work away.On Righty batters lol just ADDED
