What's in my Day Pack

In this video I show what I took on a 13.5 mile day hike on the Coosa Backcountry Trail in North Georgia. In addition to the items shown I also took my cell phone and a heavy fleece jacket. The pack weighed 10 pounds (4.5 Kg) not counting water, cell phone, and jacket.

Well thought out setup! At first glance i thought that was a big pack for a day hike but after seeing what you brought for a 13 mile trek it's not so bad. Great thoughts! Happy trails. =)

Thanks. I like this pack very much. No complaints. But there are a lot of great packs out there and I'm sure there are many others I would like as much or better.

Very nice day pack and complete kit for your day hike. How did the pack do was it comfortable? I use trekking poles when out and about got bad knees and back. Thanks for sharing.
