It's very much hilarious of how many teams are too scared to travel their main corner with Michael Thomas. When they do, Michael tortures them on even slant routes. Falcons haven't found a corner to shut down Michael. Buccaneers can't stop him, and the Panthers are just a lost cause. The Rams only had Aqib Talib to try and take on Michael, and didn't do much. Marcus Peters has no choice but to stay away from Michael. Richard Sherman couldn't deal with Michael, and many other corners couldn't get, him hes really unguardable.
When the Saints played the Jags i was really looking forward to Ramsey vs Thomas but Ramsey up and left to LA before the game.

If Drew retires and Teddy/Taysom take over MT's catches might drop but his yards per catch will surely go up. On the Teddy/Taysom throws in this highlight the ball travels a little further than with Brees. People say MT can't go deep but if you look back at his first two years when Brees arm was better he had several deep catches.
Tim Michael there’s nothing wrong with Brees arm and teddys longest throw was 21 yards in all 5 games he played Brees threw multiple passes for over that
Actually if you look at his stats in the 5 games teddy started where Brees was injured he actually averaged more receptions for around the sane yards (less yards per reception) Thomas isn’t a huge deep threat but he’s definitely a guy you need to cover out there but his main strength is just those slant routes and people can say all the want but he’s unstoppable with them so there’s no reason for him to change his play style to be flashy player as a saints fan I’ll take his quiet talent over any flashy wr like Odell or tyreek hill highlights get fans not wins

One reason hes so durable is he takes a small amount of hits for the amount of catches he gets. He loves stepping out of bounds on catches made on the outside.
