      Provide if Prema can get their act together. As it's still early, some are keeping an eye on the top two in Zane Maloney from Barbados and the Estonian Paul Arron who was replaced as Mercedes junior by Antonelli

      I don't see it working out; off-track they may be friends but once behind the wheel, Sainz has demonstrated himself time and again to be a no-nonsense driver, and Verstappen can and _will_ go nuclear on his teammate as seen with Perez last year.
      I can see their friendship going south really fast; at best a confidence-shattering hot streak that puts Sainz into despair, at worst both bulls locking horns with eachother and the entire Milton Keynes outfit imploding.

    • @arashbagheri1437
      @arashbagheri1437 Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@legoferrari14 true - the whole plan relies on Sainz’s willingness to accept being a second driver, who maybe gets 4 or 5 race wins a year at most.
      But as much as it’s not in an F1 driver’s nature to do this, I reckon Sainz has the maturity to reflect on the example of Bottas and Danny Ric careers and see which he’d rather have. Bottas is one of the most likeable and well remembered drivers on the grid for his service and team-orientated mentality at Merc, whereas Danny Ric went from one being one of the most promising and beloved drivers on the grid to somewhat of an unwanted, albeit likeable, journeyman.
      I think Verstappen is maturing from race weekend to race weekend, and if the Redbull management can handle the over-involvement of Sainz and Verstappen’s dad, and their wish to live vicariously through their adult sons, they will have potentially one of the best driver pairings and car combo of F1 history

    Hülkenberg to Sauber/Audi makes so much sense to me. It'll be a sideways step for him, he'll be joining a German team as a German driver as Schumacher and Rosberg did when Mercedes joined the grid and it's an exciting long-term project for him to get involved with. Sauber might not look great right now, but give Audi a few years to bed themselves in and they could be an exciting team to watch in the future.

    McLaren: Piastri & Norris
    Mercedes: Russell & Alonso

    RB: Lawson & Tsunoda

    Antonelli needs more time. The F2 season is to young to judge him fully. Mayve he will be amazing, or maybe not, or he will just be mid. No one knows, time will tell.
    Bearman also needs time. His Debut in F1 was ok, but not that great as some media made it out to be. He was 0,7 behind in Qualy and on average 0,5 behind LEC in Pace. Thats quiet a margain.

    Alex still also has major unending ties to the Thai side of RB. They are still his major backer not RB itself but the Thai family who owns the Thai side of RB. I could see RB as his main choice. Marko openly excess sadness several times about having to let him go. As did Horner. I want to see him stay at Williams and built that team back up to winning standards again though. I'm an Alex fan so its a hard choice. I hope he does well mainly. But RB or Williams are who I pick for him. I also just remembered RB isn't Redbull. I refuse to change it. Its Redbull for me still.
    Fernando has long standing ties to Daddy Stroll (20+ year friendship) and Daddy stroll loves the Fernando/Lance combo. Fernando works with Lance and knows his place in the team in both areas (1st and 2nd driver depending on who is asking). With all Aston has coming in the pipeline in terms of factory and development I see him staying not just for that but also Daddy stroll will give him that 2 year contact he wants with options that favor Fernando. He knows Merc isn't Merc of the teens. I honestly doubt he'll leave. But I did say Lewis would never leave Merc because of him and Toto. So...

    RBR if opts to replace Checo will sign a talented driver who is not able to challenge Max for WC. RBR has enuff issues without deliberately causing issues betwixt Max and Sainz or Alonso - latter 2 will challenge Max for WC. BTW ESPN wrote DR3 was the prize for Visa Cash to sign $35M for title sponsorship so regardless of DR3 underperformance unlikely he’ll be replaced mid season. Yuki if he continues to perform will stay 1 more year in RB team - Honda still supplies RBR & RB engines in 2025. Yuki’s team mate in 2025 LL. Alonso remains in Aston Martin. Sainz in Sauber which he shld demand $$$ since highly unlikely will provide him dominant car so slim/zero chance of getting a WC next few yrs.
