@@uneterostardust8233 i've played yuumi, she is braindead but she relies on her team to get carried, anti-healing also kinda stops the strong heal. If Riven wins lane then its over. But i agree that's one of Riots mistakes. I main top and i want to ban 10 champions so i can feel like i can win a game. Riven, Fiora, Mundo are some of the champions that u cant lane against.

Riven needs to be converted into either an energy champ, or a mana champ but one with so little that even Manamune won't let them spam abilities so much. Ability Haste has made her far more brainless because it's all she builds now, all of her dashes almost have no cool downs and there's no downside to just spamming all her abilities nonstop.
All I can think of right now is Yamikaze and shen that inted the game in similar way ...
The difference is shen was just dumb but sylas actually inted and should be banned

I was thinking throughout season 11 that with the changes to CDR becoming ability haste, some champs really need something to prevent them from using abilities nearly nonstop, with the biggest offender being Riven. She just gets Goredrinker, Lucidity boots, and she never has a dash on cool down. I think she should be converted into a champ with a resource, perhaps energy, so she can't just mash Q and E to dash nonstop.
Riven with Goredriker ludicity has less cdr (like 35 with runes) than Riven build before haste change (cautfield+kindlegem+ludicity+runes=40). When she gets to 2 items is when she has actually more cdr.
She need more time now to get her powerspike but she scales better past 20 minutes
