Just to let you know here in Canada. It is already ready for pre-order. It shows the release date, december 31

It's common practice for retailers to open pre-orders before an exact release date is announced. In which case, they just set the date to the last day of the announced year, as a placeholder.

To comment on early builders parts. Normally they just show up in different chapters to buy in the shop. So it's not like you're cutting corners.
