Earlier this year I decided to invest $100,000 to hire a legit CEO coach
I believe that this $100,000 investment is going to make me more than $8M back... thatâs a 80x return!
In this video, I summarize everything Iâve learned from spending $100,000 on a business coach so you donât have to.

The major role of a coach is to bring you awareness of yourself and your potential and helping you take action! Sadly a lot of coaches don't really coach but they just play the role of an teacher, telling you what to do and what to not.
Coaching is more about listening and helping you clarify your thoughts, principles and priorities encouraging you to do what YOU want according to your goals!
I love this. I run a piano teaching business and it's a part time venture/side hustle. Most of the profits go on piano lessons for me so I can improve my playing and stay ahead AND business coaching. Books are good but personal coaching is is tailored to me and my gaps/weaknesses. Cheers Noah.
Awesome tips, Noah! Thanks for sharing
This is INCREDIBLE info for leaders and managers!!
Highly underrated channel, you deserve a lot more subs man
"Self awareness is a superpower as a CEO". love your video :)
Thanks for sharing Noah...you are very generous :)
Wow, thanks for the video Noah (and Ken).
Ok so a question: what are the KPIs on your coach? as in, how would you measure that at the end of your coaching, his direct advice helped bring in 10% more revenue (or whatever the goal was)?
P.S. shout out to Jeremy - I really like your titles and thumbnails ;)
P.P.S Noah, no joke I have left 2 comments on YT in my life and both have been on your channel so just wanted to say your (and your teams') videos are great and thank you thank you for all your honesty, advice and no bullshit attitude. I love them!
would like to know this as well
Amazing Noah, thatâs really helpful .
Would you mind sharing your notes with the community as promised ?
Thank you in advance!
Love your videos and thank you for the information â€ïžđđđ»
So much cool stuff in here. Thanks.
Great video. Super helpful and insightful
Great work Noah, here are some tips that I think can help you:
I agree with you about thumbnails, in my opinion, it looks little gloomy, try to change the backhground for more bright colors, let them be more fresh.
Try to add effect of novelty to your videos by changing the recording place, record one video in your home studio, next in AppSumo studio.
Try to use "In this video" part for CZcams Shorts to promote your channel.
Oh hell yeah this video is Gold âš
Ken Coleman is LEGIT!! I'm so glad to see that he's your coach!
Wow, there are some seriously good shirt choices throughout the B roll. Bravo!
The obvious stuff is usually were our blind spots are, sometimes it just takes another set of eyes to say "hey, get back to the basics."
Thank you so much for doing this, I got some really helpful tips out of this video.
Solid advice, great video.
enjoyed the video Noah. agreed that "inaction is the worst decision to be making"
Helpful!
Thank you for such helpful and inspiring content keep it up!
THE TITLE REALLY GOT MEđđ
Waiting for this ad to end so I can get it onđȘđȘ
Great video! Thanks for sharing!
This is incredible info!
Such valuable information thanks!
I wish this video was 2h long and listen to the kind of conversation you had with your coach as a fly on the wall
So true, itâs normally something that is so obvious that youâre not doing. Thanks
I think business coaches are solid but thatâs so much money
Depends on your budget and the EV (expected value). As Noah pointed, for him a 10% increase is 8m bucks. So that should cover the price pretty much.
Absolutely amazing and helpful đ„đđđđȘđ
Great video!
It's a great lesson.
tysm!!
We always need coaches. I am a HS teacher and Even I need different coaches on different areas. I am working on growing my channels and my biggest learning is to realize that you need coaches, but that you also need to realize that new coaches are needed are I grow. Alain
Awesome video
One Big problem with leaders is lack of genuine appreciation for hard work. The mindset of leaders is typically disconnected from where they came from
it also works in relationship appreciation for what the other is doing
âIf things arenât going well, what is the teachable moment?â
Noah!!! in reality you are my coach.
Awesome
If top players in almost every industry have coaches...the rest of us have plenty of room to improve and can use a lot of help too đ
You give disappointed dad vibes in office hours too sometimes đđđđđđŹ
Good bossing - Boss!
Thank you for the informative video. I find the topic especially important. Leila Hormozi also discussed the topic. Do you find it easy to systematize insights on this topic beyond the learnings from the great coach and your experience as an operator and great CEO? Thanks again.
I'm having a sense that you've contacted all those advisors and Ken Coleman was the only person to respond back :))
Hi Noah, you need a buffer level of employees. You're so far ahead of the growth of the employees you talk about that you are wasting your valuable energy on translating down to staff who are living years behind you. I love watching you shine. Find a translator who preaches your vision to the masses.
I'd love to see the full template about daily leadership (I guess) at 8:35
Noah, i found a book that specialise in maintaining and developing better relationship, named Crucial Conversation
Will you be sharing the list for the CEO review?
I thought your coach is "Mr. Here in my garage ..."đ
*The reality of the rich and the poor is this: the rich invest their money and spend what is left. The poor spend their money and invest what is left"*
Oh, well I just got an idea. Noah, instead of saying, "I don't like it". You can, "Let's explore other ideas, if this will be the best w'll stick to that."
Na you gotta be transparent, it's super insulting to people when you imply they have a say when they don't. I hate when my boss would say something like that and I didn't know if I should continue wasting time considering my idea or move on to what they are asking for. Besides, corporate nonspeak goes against the "improve the focus of meetings" and "don't waste time" tenets.

I agree with you I havenât spent that much on the coach yet but I have spent thousands of dollars on coaches and they have helped me Immensely in my business
Have aGreat Day Everyone â€ïžđđ»đ
"Might be obvious but you're not doing" I think we all have blind spots like this!
And roger love is a big voice coach who helps big names like selena gomez to tony robbins and even his daughter, he might help you delete dad vibes, hope this can help
@noahkagen is this you?
Business coaching can and will improve your business!
Get a manager to handle people. Skip being a people motivator and just do the business administration.

Why was my comment removed?
Did you get this title from Hormozi? Let's dive in!!
Hello Noah I,m from Africa Kenya developing I want to be an entrepreneur but I come from a poor background .Help me please
What if... each employee in a company has a coach? This doesn't mean one dedicated human coach per employee. This could be a software solution - a solution that motivates and guides people toward excellent performance and growth. Thoughts?
will start to build it asap
This title is weird Noah⊠didnt really wanna click on it but its you⊠so yeah
Donât think itâs worth⊠100k on books, courses or anything would be better applied, maybe?
