I am gonna be controversial here. Its lower ranked players that just can't handle the character. I totally agree that some of these changes are unwarranted and there is no explanation why she has been nerfed to oblivion makes me very upset about PATCH culture. Why is Claudio getting more and more buff in each season? The increase of range on his hopkick makes no sense. It wasn't even an issue.
I totally feel your pain with Kat as she has become one of my mains. Df1 - 3 on block is ludicrous, 4 being - 12 literally killed her neutral.
I have no idea who makes these silly decisions at Bandai Namco. What are they basing these nerfs from? I swear it is just green ranks not willing to learn the match up and just crying for change.

Not to mention, you see a lot more geese in top 8 than Katarina. If they basing it on the result of the LCQ in 2018, then they are stupid
