The fortifying is exactly the same as the previous game also now the upgrade version of Third Generation Gear Mk3 is the Perfected Gear which makes things easier but the materials required to make that upgrade are on Inferno mode which is the True Attack Mode basically
Ryan you can swing around While locking on titans It has double jump that used as a counter move againts Titans attack Also the ODM felt more Natural Then the Animations are more fluids Levi is spinning around the titans elegantly Then you can call Teammates to do cool moves to take out the Titans Limbs or capture them or even better, Transform into a Titan and you get to play them for a brief period of times until their energy meter runs out Watch Koei Gameplay trailer if you wanna know more
Sorry if this is late Dexterity is gas consumption Concentration is Focus Time this is really important if you want to hit a titans weak spot perfect and if your strength is high like levi you will deal alot of damage possible one shot a titan, I use levi with my maxed out gear I'm dealing around 70k-99k which kills a titan with one to 2 cuts sometimes 5 if it's the large titans play on hard for more reward money
Being levi gives you a bonus: Titans can be killed if you do a super sick spin slash in front of their face.

Fortifying is normal, but when you fortify over 99+ it gets hard.

I think yeah if you max out Levi in relationship i got the switching blades on air with Levi so far
Yes. The changing of blades in mid-air comes at I think friendship level 4 and the spin attack at friendship level 6.
