Super Video! Finde die Methoden von Lars Lienhard zwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber irgendwie auch gleichermaßen spannend. Bin gespannt, was du in Zukunft darüber berichten wirst.
I love, love, love that you are doing videos in German (and I appreciate the English subtitles!) 😍. I wish we could hear more athletes speak in their own language. It always seems so lazy of broadcasters/organisers to assume that everyone should speak English. I'd love to see them bring in translators for interviews, hire multi-lingual presenters, and/or add English subtitles, because so often the post-race interviews are awkward and you don't get to find out the athlete's full thoughts if they aren't fluent English speakers.

Isola 2000.
Ganz nahe an der Cote dÁzur und insofern gerade am Anfang des Jahres super.
Extrem viele anspruchsvolle Pässe - incl. Bonette (2.802 m) in der Nähe.
Nicht im Kraichgau? Schade! Aber viel Erfolg bei dem ersten Rennen 💪🏽🏃🏽♂️🚴🏽🏊🏽

Hallo Laura, mich würde mal interessieren, wie du über das Veröffentlichen deiner Trainingsmethoden denkst? Hast du keine Bedenken, dass die Konkurrenz davon lernt? Oder bist du dann quasi schon "einen Schritt weiter" und kannst vergangenes Training auf CZcams posten?
Verstehe an sich nicht warum so viele Intransparenz sind auf Strava und so. Wäre voll interessant, die Sessions zu sehen. Also Watts herzfrequenz usw. Damit würde der Sportler den Fans viel näher kommen. Deswegen ist Funk mein Favorit bei Triathlon. Volle Transparenz

Wo veröffentlicht denn Laura ihre Trainingsmethodiken? 😂 Laura ist doch der Inbegriff der Verheimlichung. Schau dir da mal andere Athleten wie Freddy Funk an .. alle Daten, alle Einheiten transparent für jeden ..
Call me lazy, but I preferred the videos in English, you speak it so well, and subtitles always feel like you are missing something....

she had people vote on her instagram I think for videos in English or German because a lot of the German speaking fans were wanting her to switch back to German for the videos and stories in Instagram. The majority of people who voted ( I think close or above 80%), voted for videos in German. I think this is why Laura switched to German with the option of the English subtitles. I also found it easy in English but I will enjoy listening to her in her native language and reading the subtitles :-)
