- In 2013, Monster Jam released their first app, which was subsequently removed and forgotten about within a few years. It's since been discovered that no screenshots or recordings of the app are known to exist, making it nothing more than a faint memory to a few of Monster Jam's most diehard fans. Late last year, I discovered I still had the app on an old iPad, so join me in exploring what remains of the Monster Jam app that was (almost) lost to time!

This is a topic I never expected to make a video on, but when I found the app I knew I had to do something with it. When life gives you lemons, right? Lost media can be a fascinating topic and I'm super excited I get to put something previously lost to time back into the spotlight! Although this wasn't my most in-depth or consequential video, I hope you guys still enjoy. It been so cool seeing the Monster Jam community finding lost media the past several years.

(I downloaded this app on my iPhone 4, but couldn’t open it. As the iOS wasn’t “up to date”. Glad someone got it working again)
P.s we need to also find the 4 fs1 monster jam episodes that aired in early 2014 and were just recaps of 2013!
I heard this app on Monster Talks about Lost Monster Jam media when it was first uploaded back in 2022
And Jackson Morris also mentioned the Monster Jam game from 2014 and i played it before it was terrible
Even though i never had this app, I feel like trivia is what carried it. Though some questions are weird, it's really fun to put your own knowledge to the test. (Also, as for nitro circus not being an option, it could also be because that truck was a licensed truck, and when it expired leading to the trucks retirement, Monster Jam couldn't use the name anymore)
Monster Jam also abandoned their Snapchat profile years ago.
Dang, you’re never even knew they had one. All I know is when this app was around that was monster jam and it’s prime still, it is crap now no offense.
Convenience I suppose. Many old sports apps were like this and I just found it convenient around my high school years to have everything as an app (and I kinda still feel this way). A modern version of this MJ app would have to have the scoring built right in to make it more useful
Awesome video man! Totally forgot this app! Never had it, but I remember hearing about it, but I did have old 24 level MTD, that was fun. Also never thought I’d see Mohawk Warrior Obama lol.
Well this is a brilliant Lost Media video that I actually hope goes places in that community. Does this app need a sequel. Yes and no. Yes for all the ideas you mentioned and because a lot of major sports have gone in that direction mostly for gambling reasons which brings me to why it should stay dead. Fan Duel/Draft Kings are like an annoying, equally corrosive and non nostalgic version of cigarette ads being plastered on everything in the late 20th century. Do they drive fan engagement and profit for the leagues? Maybe. Is the advertising becoming excessive and possibly in need of a cap before it overtakes the sports they allegedly support? Absolutely. Personally I think MJ should stay out of that but continue their march upmarket overall
Thank you! Given how monster jam seems to focus on children as their target audience, I would be shocked if they partnered with a gambling platform like fan duel/draft kings.

I agree. It felt pointless and was just a carbon copy of the website. But at least it’s been found.
What was that Monster Blog App?
It was a shortcut to the monster blog website. Years ago I checked tmb literally everyday so I saved it as a shortcut on my home screen. It appears as an app but its not.
