    Yeah I understood
    But I have few doubt to be clear off
    At last the Paul farrier is dressing the hoof with rasp is it good for horse feet
    Because there is a layer around coronary horn (Hoof wall) it's name is peroplic layer which helps to maintain a good the hoof wall for moisture
    If we rasp it, that will cause any Issue r not

      It is usual to rasp the outside of the hoof wall at the end of the shoeing process and it will not do any damage unless of course it is done excessively.
