Regarding the comments on this video: we did not publish new comments because many were racist, xenophobic, and even violent. Most shared similar vulgarity, almost as if written by the same person. However, there were legitimate comments that we will consider and implement in our future products. This is the constructive feedback we seek to keep improving. We didn't even publish the positive comments because we don't want to cherry-pick out of the hundreds of comments we're receiving every day on all of our videos. We have a huge library of reviews, tutorials and our own products :)
We will publish a couple of the comments we received just to give you a small example of these obvious spamming attempts. When we have the time, we will start publishing the legitimate ones, whether they support our brand or respectfully criticize it.
As for the other types of comments, we're not upset at all. On the contrary, knowing that some people go out of their way to spam our channel with racism and violence reassures us that we're doing something right. We wish we had the time to micro-manage each comment we receive, but we must prioritize serving our clients and being there when they need us.
