Hello guys, this is my 17th update video showing the progress on my game X-Mode. A multiplayer action shooter game with multiple game-modes that can be played in a variety of team sizes.
In this update video I add a new race gamemode, a new space station map, localization support for multiple languages, and much more.

I remember at some point this PUBG knockoff had a stolen game mode from somewhere else, and I feel like it would be awesome to see here:
Squads all occupy cars, and race around large maps fighting from their vehicles with various weapons. It would be awesome to see a team-based gun race mode like seen with the individual
Wow! the new race game mode looks awesome. When going over the new race game mode, there was a display of weapons while racing. Instead of making custom settings with fire weapons, what I recommend trying is a custom race mode with all melee weapons, with a "catch" where if they fail to "hit" the person, they lose their melee weapon. This way, the gameplay is still about racing, however, the player has more control regarding the players nearby them rather than being able to snipe across the map. Additionally, it introduces a risk-reward system that should make for entertaining. Thoughts?
Thanks! These are all good ideas! I do plan on making a special race gamemode where items are included. We will have to wait and see how I goes.

Your welcome love how you program when I was 11, I tried to make a multiplayer game it worked, sort of But I lost motivation, but it helped me learn a lot about unity and I love watching these devlogs@@xzippyzachx
It's really cool you are exploring other gamemodes! I feel like adding those exotic gamemode can make your game stand apart other fps games
Yes, think about surfing in CS. These extra gamemodes just make the game even more interesting and fun.

I think it would be cool to have it like squid game but team based. So u have 2 teams that fight in dif mini games against each other and the team with the most players left wins at the end.

Feedback: I think racing gamemode really needs "alt-looking" like in rust, you move forward but you can look around while moving forward.
Edit: Or you can just make it rotate with A-D and with mouse you can look where you want, no "alt-looking" needed.
Its a good suggestion. I don't think steering with A-D feels very good so it would need to be "alt-looking" I think.

I think a racing gamemode doesn't really fit in an fps, unless you add shooting to it
Maybe X-Mode isn't just an fps? And yes we experimented with being able to use items/guns while racing.
@@xzippyzachx Well, you introduced the game by calling it "a first-person person action shooter" and I don't really think a simple racing mode really plays along with this definition
