I mean, usually I would agree but Mob James know the deal. He just described a generic drive by. Legend has it that .38s use to be untraceable, don't know if that's still true or not tho. No real intimate details of a specific incident and provided different scenarios so police couldn't pin him for nothing off that answer. Even the intent was basically there was no intent. Mob played it how a OG would.

The only thing that could get him based on this clip is if he actually confessed, someone snitched on him, or there was more substantial evidence like video. He's a OG so I assume he's familiar with interrogations to not implicate himself in a specific event. He could plead the 5th and be straight so it don't matter if he gets brought back in, he ain't said nothing to implicate himself in a crime. No prosecutor is gonna take that to trial. Not only is it a waste of resources but losing cases is something that prosecutors don't want reflected on their record.
