If you use a mage and set yourself up as far away from the traps as possible while still clicking them, it's possible to open the trap and blink away from the mobs that spawn. Save 20 of the shells to turn them in for 5 mithril ore (not repeatable).

not sure. but if you need a fishing pole 🎣 for yourself, then you have better and faster options in tbc and wotlk already

yeah, I heard 😢 they recently nerfed the drop chance of iron and mithril bound trunks. Very sad
