I made this. The spring onion and ginger sauce is divine. I added some garlic before adding the hot oil. Simple but so tasty. My husband would have just eaten all the rice on it own it was so good.
Making that fantastic ginger scallion sauce is easier than one could imagine..., worth the rinse and simple chop via the food processor, add the salt and hot-ish oil, it's a gem of a MOST delicious sauce. Like Emiril used to say, "you could put this on a flip flop...". It's that great. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
