This was the perfect first upload of the year. These medical exam role-play videos always help to quiet my health-related anxieties! ☺
Happy new year to you!! I have a couple larger ideas that I want to work towards but I'm mostly focused on small changes to my day and routine that will help me feel more content overall :) like reading a book a month, spending at least an hour a day practicing my language learning, getting my steps in, meal planning, all that! And of course growing my channel and hitting exciting milestones! I kind of felt like I was in somewhat of a frozen state towards the end of 2023 just going through the motions and I want to try to break that feeling this year with being more mindful and intentional.
I'd love to hear if you have any goals or plans for the year ahead! ✨

Sometimes I feel like you do unintentional spontaneous stuff and they give me the most tingles!! I love when you are doing medical exams or light triggers and I dont know which side or when the light is going to pop up. I am wondering if you did brushing, very light tapping, etc on the roundy thing, would mics pick up the sound vibrations from the ear bits.???
