would've been super nice to see how everything was straighten out, and mounted.
you ever been in a hurry to learn how to do something and your pressed for time. Then you get on youtube and look for a video explaination only to watch someone act out their best tv host personality. then you got to get to know them and watch them doing stuff that has nothing to do with what you need to know like trees and stuff. finally after 12 minutes you get a hint at what to do after listening about details that just dont matter and your thinking dude! just tell me how to get it off and replaced. now the video is over and you never seen a bit of actual footage involving the process you need to see. CZcams is so damned exausting.

This was hardly a DIY video. Yes it wasn't dry but informative it isn't either.
It was like a "day in the life " . I'm not sure I learned anything. It did rain in 2017.

Would of been nice to see how the ram was used to straighten everything.
It was a little tricky to straighten them out I used some methods that worked for what I had available but maybe wouldn't be recommended for everyone like using a sling and reversing the truck to get close to where they needed to be and then a sledge hammer for fine tuning but in the end it did work and all the gaps were really nice I just didn't want my unconventional method to cause any issues for people at home if things went wrong

Thanks for the video. I needed to know where all of the fasteners were located. I'm not going to criticize like all of the others, as it turns out, I already know how to remove them once I know where they are. I dont need to watch someone else remove them . Maybe all of the negative people out there really need to see every bolt removed.

Instead of the ram, I used a chain and did the same thing you did with the tree. On my truck they were not bent as bad.

The chrome bumper part? I got everything from the ford dealer parts department

All I wanted to know was which bolts need to be removed, how to get the old bumper off, and then bolt it back on. He never shows how he does stuff, just talks about the weather.....useless.
It would be nice to actually see you removing the nuts and a list of tools. Fast speed doesn't do us any good.
Exactly what I thought I was going to see. Didnt even show how he straightened the plates to hold the bumper.
Do not set tools on top of the radiator or condenser... I had a small tool roll off and fall down and it bounced into my 04 condenser ...put a hole in it! (that's the thanks I got for doing some unrelated preventive maintenance!) I would have preferred some tree damage instead :)
So you dont need to remove all the upper stuff if only the bumper is bent? I bought this truck a month ago and it looks like the previous owner hit one of those parking poles... only the driver's side is bent about an inch off the line. Also, with such a minor bend, you think the brackets on the frame are bent?
Do you have a video on how to straighten the bumper brackets that are welded to the frame?
Jason Bridges that is up to your discretion how you do it I hooked a shackle and a strap to it and used the trucks power in reverse to pull them most of the way and a sledge hammer for the final adjustment

Is that an after market metal bumper? I just bought one and I just can't get the metal bumper to sit right. The left corner and right corner has a gap...it's frustrating....lol
It’s a factory Ford one don’t worry he already bent it all up after I fixed it lol
I still have no idea how to replace my bumper, he was either fast forward or completely skipping the steps I need to see.

I could not get a proper angle with that so I used a strap and a tree then backed up the truck then did fine tuning with a hammer probably not the recommended way but it got it done
Two thumbs down......I only needed to see remove and replaced, didn't need your talking points, next time. Parts, tools, on, off and done!. Way too long video
I need to replace just the chrome lower bumper which doesn't have fog lights. Can I remove that without removing the plastic piece above it?
Paul McDuell I think you can you just have to remove the fasteners between them but it may be easier to remove them together

I bought a bumper pad but it didn’t come with the center support for the hood release latch that you push to the side to open the hood mine is broken. What is the part .and where did you buy it?

hmmm upper valance is a guess front bumper trim possibly when i went to the dealer they had a breakdown that i could pick the parts so it went by a part number, unfortunately i don't have that sheet anymore but the dealer would hook you up. Thanks for your comment
