Where is the double you love at 6:18? I'm also glad to see I'm not the only one who cases that last jump on the newer DH trail. I just always so gassed by the time I get there.

@DrJMTB is this your personal bike? If so would be cool to meet up for a ride sometime and do a little swappabike for a bit. I have the Propain Ekano but the AL version with Shimano and am kind of wondering if i should've opted for the SRAM powertrain. I'm in lexington btw.
Randomly, we ended up selling it a month or so ago. I’d love to say I still had it, but too expensive to not sell when we had the opportunity.

Dr J-What ride modes were you on during this ride. Can you share it. I got the PT and I’ve done 4300 ft of elevation with Range 95%of the time. Kinda low for a full power eh?
I weigh the same as you
As I mentioned, I turned Range as high as it would go and rode it in Range approximately 85% of the time

One thing I haven't seen yet in a review is if the battery is easily removable. It says it's semi permanent on the website. Have you had a chance to see what's involved with swapping batteries? Thanks

53 and some change lb in a medium so possibly 55lb for a large wowzers

Was that in mostly boost mode or range mode?
I think I mentioned in the video that I tuned up the range mode to have as much power as it would allow and spent 90+ percent of the day there. Still had plenty of pop for almost any situation tuned that way. And I was certainly smoked from that day out 🤣

I feel so old for not liking the idea of electric bikes. I converted from being a petrolhead to a driving electric cars - fine, but e-bikes for sport riding… I can’t
I just love riding mountain bikes, electric or otherwise. Preferably, if I could, I'd always have one of each version.
E bikes are meant for people who can't ride bikes
