Watching it in April and still the only video I found about the new version. I love the theme and background story/scenarios and wish it becomes more popular. Thanks for the video!
I have done a game play video more recently and there is an official one out there somewhere. I will probably do some more as well.
Really cool video. The figures look really detailed; I’m sure they’ll really turn out cooler once painted. Would they be able to be used with other games like Force of Virtue or other historic games?
Well anything that uses ancient Roman civilians. Force of Virtue is Renaissance. At the club we call it “more modern gangs of Rome!”
WOW!
THIS is still kicking? I remember this one when Warlord had it.
New rules basically, we shall see what happens!
Yeah, The game is like basic Necromunda, where you make a gang out of some scrappers with daggers, short swords, etc. You can add gladiators, or assassins, along with the other line of figures.
Those ARE the old figures. If they made some plastics, that's a step forward.
Most of them are. The rules are apparently changed quit a bit.
I had watched your unboxing and come across some pro painted gang figures on ebay. For once I said no. I have, many thanks to you, Carnevale. I have Frostgrave and my beloved Mordheim. Besides I had picked up on Alternative Armies, their Erin rules and mythos some time ago, and despite its occasional flaws find it charming and in want of painting. I would recommend it. As always thank you for crying havoc.
Thank you for watching and being supportive
For future unboxing videos, I would suggest having a camera focused on the table instead.
I will give that a try next time!
