HI Dr. Ossareh, ,I read that you went in UC Irvine college of medicine. I looked into what it would cost, and it would be $75,000 per year for ~300,000 overall. If it also will include compound interest, the number will grow. So, I believe from a student standpoint, looking into debt can be very stressful and daunting, esp for someone who is 18, 19, 20 years old. Can you please give some tips on how to manage stress and learn more about our relationship with money and studies and what we can do to make it healthy. Its a big thing to be so young and in so much debt, without even being able to earn a penny and even starting to get independent financially.
I’ve definitely considered doing this once out of residency… I’m only medical school now. Only thing I think I would do is save up a decent couple months savings in case some repair happens in your real estate set up like gas leak or some other god forsaken thing… also, try to buy next to schools!!!! Literally a gold mine!!!!! You’ll never run out of tenants! 😂
Dr. Oscar eh, I wanted to ask you if you started your CZcams channel as a side hustle to start earning an income in medical school on the side. Also do you recommend medical student to find other revenue pathways and be creative like this and money minded looking forward. I find I was not smart and I don’t know anything much about money. There's trading if you can learn to trade and be profitable which is very very hard you could put yourself in a good position especially nowadays when you could get funded by prop firms.
