Tips:-
1. Schedule a meeting(Keep calm don't get frustated)
2. Be confident about yourself what you are bringing to the table(don't demand or say to quite)
3. Pitch with the facts about other's salary if you are really getting less( don't put your opinions)
4.Speak clearly what you really want like a team(don't look unprepared)
5.Ask what you can do more to get a good hikes(don't be egoistick be flexible to expand your role)
I prefer to take up interviews and get 100% hike than waiting and begging my Boss 😂 being in technical domain in software industry helps don't know abt other domains.

In IT most MNC have stopped salary correction.
Even after contributing to the company, but the senior managers steel's the credit, thenhow to tackel it situation, bcoz i tried all ways to prove that im contributing in revenue generation but the boss ignores and showcase to company that all the credit goes to sales team and to hom only, but the operations team is ignored always, how to tackel this situation.

Should we schedule the duscussion with the manager or HR since during recruitment its generally the HRs with whom we discuss the salary...
Assuming this is a situation where you already work at this company, the conversation needs to be between yourself and your manager, not HR unless you report to them directly. Your own boss is the one who can see how your performance has been and what you can bring to the table.
HR discusses salary with new hires, when a budget for the position is known but your performance in the role is not yet known.

Salaries in the private sector depends upon the skills mastered by an employee and if a skilled employee is not getting hike then he/she should switch to other better paying jobs.

Not true i have seen this for a friend. Only performance matters or circumstances ie. If there is more attrition from your team.
