Great editing on the 'Best Of 2023' video by Canyon! The focus on dirt biking was visually spectacular and showcased some incredible talent. However, I couldn't help but notice the absence of some key achievements in other cycling disciplines. For instance, Mathieu Van Der Poel's triumph as the World Champion on the road, the remarkable season in Cross Country by Puck Pieterse and Loana Lecompte, and Jasper Philipsen's impressive victories and the Green Jersey in the Tour de France seemed to have been overlooked. While the dirt content was exciting, including these milestones would have provided a more comprehensive and balanced overview of the year's successes across different cycling forms. Just a thought for future inclusivity and representation of the diverse achievements in the world of cycling. Keep up the great work!
The successes of Canyon riders were not shown in the video at all! Didn't you notice that?
Indeed, I did notice that the specific successes of Canyon riders weren’t highlighted in the video. However, it’s worth mentioning that both the Canyon newsletter introducing this video and the article on the Canyon blog actually do talk about these successes. So, it seems there’s a bit of a disconnect between the written content and the video. While I agree that the video is cool and well-edited, in my opinion, it doesn’t quite align with the initial message I expected based on the accompanying text. Nonetheless, it’s still a good video in its own right. ✌️

2023 was a bike buying year for me and my family. We are happy to have a new Aeroad SLX, Ultimate CF SLX 9 and two new Grail E-Bikes. Working with Canyon was amazingly simple and all four bikes beat my expectations. I live in state of Wisconsin home of Trek bikes. The value that Canyon bikes brings to the table is amazing. I literally got two amazing road bikes for the price of one Trek Madone SL9. The two road bikes we purchased have top of the line components Ultegra and Dura Ace DI2 and DT Swiss Wheels not to mention beautiful carbon frames. I'm a happy customer.

I get it that you wanted to focus on MTB because of "reasons"... but not even Puck's victory at the XCO World Cup is there?? Also, where is Carolin Schiff??? She won freaking Unbound 2023!!! Plus no Jasper or MVDP... I'm sorry, but the people who put this video together was definitely living under a rock or using something.
