MPs should be held accountable for the millions lives privatisation will cost long term. Tories would increase public spending on healthcare if most of it was going to subsidise Tory donor profiteering. They're ideologically opposed to the NHS.
Intresting watching the timeline tick by proving all the politicians want to do about the health service is promise the earth while not delivering the change and investment in the NHS that it desperately needs why thinking of ways to under pay the staff who get better jobs...leaving the government wondering where all the staff went..they got better jobs and you can't recruit quick enough cos the pay and conditions is disgusting ..that cycle needs breaking to improve the situation.
They're delivering the change private healthcare profiteers want. Selling off services and reducing efficiency. They don't mind public spending as long as most of it goes to Tory donors and tax havens. They had a plan to privatise the NHS in a single Tory term. They're running it down to turn the public against what was the most efficient health service in the developed world a decade ago. It will cost millions of lives long term and they'll never care.
As a paramedic of 10 years. Relocating to Dubai was the best move I ever made. Better quality of life and opportunities. I make triple the salary I make here than when I was in the uk. And it’s tax free… The uk unfortunately collapsed in every aspect. The uk provides zero benefits …other than robbing and taxing there citizens excessively. People that dream or consider in moving to the uk from anywhere else ….should turn back. Theres nothing here anymore. It’s all hype.
Even Thatcherite New Labour put more money and resources into the NHS than Tory governments do, so I don't know why you would attack current Labour for the appalling behaviour of the Tories.
So many people I have spoken to all give the same cynical response regarding Labour being no better, but I don't understand why people are so unable to see where their fundamental interests lie. If you vote Tory, you are giving power to a minority rich elite who care only for themselves and not our Country and its future. Look at the mess they've got us into. You have a duty to vote and vote out the super rich minority who will always betray you.
Bit late but say what you will about Labour, they have a pretty good record for NHS funding. Tony Blair may have had many issues but look at the NHS his day. The country won't move in the right direction if we keep voting for the most corrupt government we've had.
