Aprendí que el verbo être es un verbo que se usa cómo auxiliar, para conjugar otros verbos en el tiempo pasado compuesto.
Être nos sirve para: presentarnos, hablar de nuestra profesión, de nuestra identidad, hablar de la hora y la fecha, con el verbo être podemos decir donde estamos (ej. Él está en el auto, el está en Paris)
Usamos el verbo avoir (no el verbo être) "J'ai froid"= Tengo frío.
