- Best Wineries In California - Day #1 in Temecula Wine Country
We had an amazing 2 days in the wine regions of Temecula, California. It's been on our bucket list and it truly lived up to its name and quality of wine. If you ever get the chance, go and spend a min. of 2 full days.
Day #1 we started off at South Coast Winery, then onto Wilson Creek Winery and finally dinner at Ponte Winery.

I am your Medicare Broker Wine Country Uber Driver Lol. For reals. I live in Menifee in my first year of starting my Broker ship so every weekend I am driving between Old Town Temecula and the Wineries. Just zig zagging from winery to winery.

You bring up a great point! It's important to either have a designated driver like we had or use a ride-share service to get from winery to winery.
It helps in 4 ways, 1.) most important, you're not drinking and driving, 2.) you don't have to worry about parking at the wineries or the busy downtown area and 3.) you have someone who knows how to get around (even though it's fairly simple with GPS) and 4.) you get into a cool comfy car from winery to winery (especially when it's hot out).

Yes, Wilson Creek was definitely more of a chill party scene but very cool nonetheless.

Everything is so close that you should try and get to a few of the wineries. They all have something different about them and even though it was our first time there, we made the most of the time we had.

Going to Temecula was on our bucket list and we're both glad that we (Jo Ellen) pushed the idea and we made it happen. It was beyond delightful and we highly suggest a min. stay of 2 days to experience the beauty, the wine and the food.
