I am in love with Ben. But not in the way you're thinking. I'm in love with how in love with his family he is. This interview doesn't sound like the typical "Hollywood" father stories we hear, it sounds like your friends dad, or your next door neighbor.
I KNOW Nolan isn't the director not the producer, I'm not stupid. But 4 great film guys working together (Snyder, Nolan, Goyer, & Affleck), itd be an AWESOME collaborative process. All the more reason I say the movie will be worth it.
i get where youre coming from and he does have the right shape etc but im so used to christian bale and loved his acting in it its hard for me to think about someone else playing batman. but youre right. we should hold off judgement until the movie. but sadly christopher nolan wont be directing it :( its going to be a sequel to man of steel. "superman vs batman" apparently.
I LOVE Ben Affleck cast as Batman! I'm a fan of his. He's got the build, he's got the jaw, he's got the acting skills, he's cool, he's the right age, he could play a character that's seen & been through much chaos, etc. Plus, Christopher Nolan is a WHIZ in turning actors into their characters! It CAN BE DONE! I'm saying, HOLD your judgments after you've seen the 2015 movie. If there's anything that can cause him to suck at the role is YOU people trying demonize & bad-mouth him! Go figure.
I think Ben wouldn't appreciate the family he has had he not gone through the nonsense of 'Bennifer' in the media...he's a normal working dad now, check out behind the scenes on the DVD of 'The Town' and you really get how far he's come since those days
he's been trhough alot in the past with the whole bennifer thing with jlo...that sunken his career and made bad movies back then...since that is over he's been directing more than acting and appearing in better movies
yeah but this is like george clooney all over again. ben sucked as daredevil. terrible acting. i have nothing against him im sure he directed great movies and wrote great scripts but he wouldnt make a good batman. or as good as christian bale was
