1. Going mining... without torches. The number of times I've forgotten torches when I go mining is... ridiculous, to say the least.
go to .minecraft open options in notepad set gamma to 100.0 u wont need torches for mining ever again

Actually I have my brightness all the way up. However, I mine in my private mineshaft, and if that's not lit up... well let's just say that could end badly, due to it being directly connected to my house.
Put a torch on the entrance,put a wooden door on the wall and enjoy
I go back into the mine often, as in into the SAME mineshaft, so I don't want to run into any mobs. Plus, the difficulty was on HARD, so zombies can smash down those wooden doors.
Let's say your working on a awesome new base, you forget something. Your running back to your old base to get the thing you need.
When your finnally getting there. You tottally forget what you need. That happened so mang times to me.
The number of times that happens to me is.. more than I'd like to admit.
+Meow? Meow. That happens when I fall asleep. I have a really good dream, and then I wake up because I'm cold. I get my blanket on, and I completely forget what the dream was. Sometimes I even start thinking of one, think of something else, then I completely forget the dream.
I run back to my base to get something, then come back without ever actually getting the thing

My biggest mistake is going in the underground whitout wood. I get about 2 stacks of iron ore, i smelt it, but i cant make a pickaxe cuz there is no wood.then i see diamonds and thats where I kill myself
it's only like 50/40 blocks under the surface it's really not that big of a deal

I take always 16 logs with me (and when I'm playing with my friend he will take 16 logs too)
standing next to lava with diamond on the otherside and getting shot by a skeleton. Pausing in minecraft PE but figuring that it doesn't pause because it's minecraft PE but already knocked in lava by a magma cube but figuring you crafted a splash potion of fire resistant so there's no way you can throw it in lava and losing all your stuff.

Whenever I'm in creative mode, I'll forget that I'm not in my inventory, and in a search bar, so I'll press E and then W to move, only to type "ew" into the search bar. *Sigh*

Neon gamer no, people use * to emphasize a word or words as obvious statements or increase the volume in which it is read in your head on CZcams, but CZcams changed that so it bolds the word, not to... big? A word?

When you have a full chest of Ender Pearls at your house and the ONE TIME you don't bring any with you, you fall in a ravine.

It's always the one time you forget something in ANY TYPE OF WORLD its a bad time to forget it. ex: homework, ect
When you grinded on an ender farm for xp and fall off the island shortly after seeing you didn't grab a single enderpearl while you had a chance
when you somehow survived that, and after a lot of work climbed out that ravine (probably with only one heart remaining), then look in your inventory, and see you have DO still have an entire stack of ender pearls.
That you somehow missed the last 3 times you looked in your inventory to see if you had anything useful.
I have done that at least twice now, though not in a ravine, but in one of my redstone contraptions - I really should complete the roof on that thing.

When you spend a while getting to ur strip mine and forget your torches

I usually make the mistake of building a redstone contraption and when im done ive realize that ive put sticky pistons were the normal pistons go or vice versa "IT MAKES ME SO MAD ESPECIALLY IN COMPACT CIRCUITS"

Alternatively, Get the carpet mod and use flippincactus.
solutions to a lot of your problems:
take off frostwalker boots when your on fire
always keep an arrow in your offhand, until you use your offhand
whenever its night type DONT BREAK in chat, that way you dont break the bed, but tell the hermits that thats your plan xD
color code with clay
in your texture pack, rename TNT to BACK UP YOUR WORLD! xD
at the bottom of the ladder write "Unequip Eletra"
Turn off the restone clock or breack the redstone powering the piston, then break the piston
put items in a sorting system, not a chest
retexture the ESC screen to say This dosent pause on multiplayer xD
use a piston to pushnother block and push the transparent block out
break trees and make a chest to store your stuff

So go get a piston from the supplies you should have not too far away after getting 20 villagers in 1 spot. Cmon man, this takes 5 minutes to solve.
My biggest mistake:
I went out mining without enough torches. By the time I ran out of torches, I found a huge cavern with a bunch of ores. I found my first diamonds and emeralds. But I couldn't see because it was dark. So I mined some gravel and it updated the gravel below me and above me. I fell but survived. But the gravel above fell on top of me. I didnt have a shovel so I suffocated.
I lost those diamonds. And I quit that world.

Delive Rick Desert temples have a stone pressure plate. So it won't activate the TNT when you throw an item on it.

to get rid of the cauldron thing from happening, carry water bottles instead of buckets, that way they wont spill water everywhere. You'll just have to deal with having to click on the cauldron 3 times to fill it up.

These aren't mistakes that I do but more a complete waste of time. I like to do these things. I am aware they aren't best things for a Creative server.
I like to wear diamond armour in Creative mode.
I also like to enchant my Sword and bow with Fire Aspect and Flame enchantments in Creative mode.
I like to own a horse in Creative mode. I also like to keep my horse in my Minecraft house.
I also like to build myself a house in Creative mode.
Once, in Creative mode, I made a horse barn and added a second floor for my house. The first floor was for my horse.
And probably the worst of the bunch, I love to waste time by riding horses and fly with the Elytra in Creative mode.
I have no clue why.
My stupid mistakes:
1. In creative, getting our of your inventory, but instead you typed "e" on the search bar
2. Especially on servers, instead of crafting sticks, you crafted loads of buttons
3. Forgets to use water buckets whenever I'm on fire, falling, or on lava even if it's on my inventory
4. When entering Esc by accident, my reflexes sometimes confuse the Back to Game and the Disconnect/Quit button, and you know what happened.
5. Not organizing my hotbar, because I got used to press 1 to switch to the sword but instead of that, I switched to something else.
6. When building a new house, I always forgot to bring the bed, especially when the new house is so far away from the original house.
7. In any minigame, when I'm almost finished to type a message and a player attacked me, my first reflex is always completing the message swiftly rather than attacking the player back.
I KNOW RIGHT? However, Creative mode is MEANT for building, so the house one isn't really a w aste of time.

(That happens in other games that I play and this happened a while ago)

(I will fix it but it happens frequently)
4.Not Even Trying My Best to Decorate the Framework
(I am so lazy)
5.Not Being Careful With Creepers
(I almost die while mining)
6.Lagging the Game With A lot Of Mobs
(I don't know why I do this)

Not being able to navigate my way home, even with a compass, is the reason I ended up getting a map/minimap mod. Eliminated a lot of stress because I knew I could go exploring and still be able to get home at the end of it. Mod ended up being useful beyond that, because it helps me discover structures I may have missed while exploring due to my render distance
When your pick breaks when your lost in a nether fortress (this happened to me before, I was punching my way through the nether to get to my portal)

My biggest fail, was when I just bought Minecraft, got the first time on a Multiplayer-Server and made myself a pretty awesome base in the Farmworld, that got updated, one week later...

Just bring a waterbucket with you and water yourself if you are on fire. It can be really useful, by they way, you should always have a waterbucket when you go into a cave. And you can also drop from high distances with a waterbucket and place the water down to prevent getting falldamage. It's called and MLG water bucket. I really want to see you try once ;3

I also always end up using monster egg blocks because they're on the top of the search

Build a castle, and make non-flat non-single material walls, with several ballrooms, a great hall, kitchens, servant quarters, gardens, armories, etc.

Cool! Send me some pics or something (Also make sure to plan VERY VERY hard before hand. Not planning is why I have embarked on this quest a dozen times and always failed.
Also, a cathedral, market (in entryway/public gardens), wizards towers (Be it a floating tower 50 blocks up attatched on a rope bridge to the tallest tower, or something far less cool) which has the library in it, a treasury, storerooms, and remember to make statues.
I can also reccomend Grian for decorating and TheEvilSketch for statues. Good luck!

For the overcrowding problem, you can just use a piston to push a block there! ,,,right?

mumbo, at some point you should get a backup pair of elytra, because you are definitely going to lose yours at some point.

For me I always sprint and jump with frost walker and find myself in the middle of the ocean not being able to activate my frost walker and having to build a huge pile of blocks from the ocean floor to get my frost walker working again.
Just take off the boots? It's only two clicks.

One thing that helps with the forgetting food bit is to carry food in your offhand. You can't access the offhand from within a chest, so you won't shift click it in there. You can also eat from your offhand so it makes it way more useful.
Was playing MC while watching this vid and at the exact moment you mentioned going risky AFK a spider attacked me, as I wasn't paying attention. At first I thought the sound was coming from your video xD.
Mumbo! FROSTWALKER! If you jump into water, or fall in it, frost walker will not activate, so on you can break ice bellow you with yo' fists.
My friend always worries about building with silverfish eggs as well. The reason you have a tendency to use them is because they appear before the actual stone brick blocks in the creative inventory. Mojang enjoys torturing us. :)
Just letting you that if you mess up a red stone build in single player you can enter your inventory and exit the game that way because if you hit escape it saves the game. So just make sure it hasn't saved and then enter your inventory and close the game as it won't save! I found this out and it helps a lot!
I remember 6-7 years ago someone taught me how to make a circle in Minecraft and since then I've been able to make circles of any size, rarely making any mistakes

When I first played minecraft, I started a creative world and didn't realize that you break blocks instantly in creative mode. I got out a diamond pickaxe and mined a stone block with it, and marveled at how good it was. I later realized it was because I was in creative mode.
At 2:37, all I could think was "It's flammable, not flammible.

My take on each of these:
1.) I don't understand what the problem is there. I do the same, but if
you're in creative, you're in creative so it's not a problem.
2.) Don't have that problem myself because I don't care for Frost
Walker. I still just use Depth Strider.
Especially on the server I play on where it's mostly vanilla but there is a bit of custom stuff. Being high in leaderboard rankings I have some special tools like a stick that gives me (and only me - it's bound to me so if someone else tries to hold it, it switches back to the last item they held) a high Speed level. Even in water, holding it with Depth Strider means I'm faster than any method of quick transport in normal Vanilla.
With Frost Walker I just run straight off the ice because the game can't keep up.
But even before I had the stick or in normal single player, Depth Strider is just my go to. I honestly don'lt understand the point of
Frost Walker. And I say that as someone who is basically "nictohydrophobic". Water at night even in the game freaks me out. If I
am going to go near it, I'd rather see it though and the ice blocks my
view.
3.) Can't say I've ever had that issue. I often mess up and forget supplies when I'm going off to build something, but bow and arrow just go together.
4.) Never had that one either. I love adventuring and always complete all the achievements, including "Adventuring Time", but I adventure as is. I don't bring a bed with me and the only time I break my home bed is
when I'm moving it and then I immediately sleep in it again.
5.) Definitely had that one. I always clear out under my bases from 4 - 16 to make sure I've gotten all of the Diamonds that Bedrock isn't blocking. Thankfully I just end up with so many it doesn't matter. Hell, just last week I went through about 30 shovels and maybe 70 Pickaxes (all~100 of them being Diamond) clearing out a Desert and Desert Hills area surrounding a hotel mirage-y thing I'm doing. Wanted to make it seem like some dimensional distortion is messing with the surroundings.
I still have two and a half stacks of Diamond Blocks as like as like 5 and a half stacks of ore AND I haven't even done out under most of my claims yet (only a 200 x 200 area under my main 600 x 600, none of my 65 x 65 Ocean Monument area, and none of my 170 x 150 or so mirage area) so I'm good despite being careless.
6.) Don't do much redstone, but when I have it hasn't been around fire/lave. I quite possibly may have made that mistake at some point, I'll be sure to keep that in mind.
7.) Again, don't do much redstoning, and I don't really do much with TNT either so that was unlikely to happen. My creative worlds are filled with facades and basic ideas for large builds, not redstone.
I have had very stupid mistakes when using the newer commands for cloning etc. and also when using mcedit though. So it's somewhat in that vein when you say, forget to actually apply the pasting of a build you've cut out with mcedit and end up saving the world without it and also without a backup.
8.) Doesn't happen to me. I suck with the Elytra so I just don't use them. It's not like they're actually useful for anything for me. I build and I adventure. Since it can't be used like in creative for building and it's not really adventuring if you're just gliding above everything... Pointless to me.
9.) Again, don't really use redstone.
10.) See 9.
11.) Happens to me, but only when I'm not paying attention to the fact that I still have the effect. Like if I've gone beyond my beacon's range but still within the time limit of it's effect. Does tend to happen more often now since they doubled the time for the full beacon, but generally I'm fine.
12.) Doesn't happen to me. I am an obsessive collecter but a neat freak. Everything is properly stored away and when I finish a build whatever wasn't used goes back in it's proper chest.
I do tend to leave little bits around in random chests, but that's on a useful basis and I still know where and what everything is. For example, I've been rebuilding a Nether Fortress into a cathedral-like Wither Skelly farm on the server I play on. I don't want to go too crazy, so I'm mostly using things found in the nether, but over all I've used Quartz and variants, Nether Brick and variants, Stone Slabs, some Glowstone, Orange Stained Glass Panes, and Obsidian.
All of those things were brought in from my collection except most of the Nether Brick which I knocked down another fortress for, for the most part and since I've finished it, most of it has been returned to my main collection areas. There's a few panes of glass and some Stone/slabs, and a few NB and Q Stairs and Fence but none of that came from my collection directly. I didn't need it. I do plan to do a little more work around the area though so they'll probably come in handy eventually so they just sit in a chest in the portal area for now.
13.) I've kind of done that but not for the same reason. It happens to me when stupidly rearranging inventory. It slips my mind that I've got a chest open sometimes so shift clicking it away puts it in the chest instead of my inventory which is what I was intending.
14.) Never done that really. I didn't specifically know that was the case when I started playing on a server but I quickly realized it when animals didn't shut up. At this point I almost exclusively play on a server so I've actually just disabled the pause mechanism for when I switch windows since it doesn't work anyway.
15.) Did that but never with Villagers. Cows are much easier to do that with since you can just kill most of them and easily get them back.
16.) Yep, forgetting things I need for a build or having an inventory too full to pick up WS skulls or something because of all the stupid swords they drop...
17.) I don't go AFK in areas that aren't safe, so never happened to me.
18.) That's part of the reason I always go for a FA sword and like adventuring. Cows and their sweet, sweet highly saturating Beef are everywhere.
19.) I don't move around my beacons and I always put them straight in the ground where I've dug it all out underneath for the Diamonds, so never been a problem.
20.) Definitely would've said that was a problem in the past, but I know everything up to 64 blocks by heart at this point with many of my builds being 40+ in diameter.

Use the elytra. It is so helpful. It's way faster than running or horse-riding, but it's also actually a lot more dangerous if you aren't careful...
A stupid mistake i always do is i forgot to light up my house and mobs are always spawning in especialy creeper i have rebuild my house over 15 time after a creeper exeplosion...

My tip for making spheres. Make a small square from an ugly material that you won't use. Keep on building around it with different ugly materials. When you're satisfied with the size, make the last layer of the material that you want to be visible. :)

Advice:
If you have an infinity enchanted bow, just don’t bring 1 arrow, bring like half a stack of arrows. because if it breaks and you get another bow that doesn’t have infinity, you’ll have half a stack of arrows to use.
Why half a stack?:
In a mob battle, you’ll likely be killing skeletons. Skeletons drop arrows. Since you all ready have arrows, you can get more arrows without spending another slot of inventory space.
Have you tried jumping and mining while using an instamine pick? I don't use enchantments very often so I don't know if that would help.
I'm really good at freehand circles, just count up and down from every source block of 3 or 5. Really complex until you know how to do them

Workin really hard on a redstone contraption and going into my deleting the real world instead of the backup and find that nothing is there, thinking, what the heck is going on, then I remember quit the world, check, real world is gone
