Here is just a easy thermostat replacement geared for the DIY to make your life easier. This is not a pro installation video. This is very common for these to leak and go bad on these engines. I hope this helps anyone out there that has any doubt they can do this easy job. - Zábava
I don't like working on anything associated with coolant, it always makes such a mess. But having that funnel in my inventory is very helpful. I love that tool. You did a good job documenting this job and I hope you're doing well.

I did not know that you need a thermostat housing gasket I only used the o ring that goes around the thermostat
Did that funnel not suck air right into radiator when the coolant was done?
No they are made so as long as it’s over the rad neck air can’t go back in. Then you stick the stopper in lift it out and close off rad it’s awesome It’s pretty popular around the shops.
what tool do you need to unscrew the screw? mine was too large to complete the task... please thank you
