    Here is just a easy thermostat replacement geared for the DIY to make your life easier. This is not a pro installation video. This is very common for these to leak and go bad on these engines. I hope this helps anyone out there that has any doubt they can do this easy job.

    I don't like working on anything associated with coolant, it always makes such a mess. But having that funnel in my inventory is very helpful. I love that tool. You did a good job documenting this job and I hope you're doing well.

    Another nice one Jay! That bag is pretty slick you talked about putting tools in it but what about maybe scanners , laptop and a pass thru 🤔🤔

    I did not know that you need a thermostat housing gasket I only used the o ring that goes around the thermostat

    Did that funnel not suck air right into radiator when the coolant was done?

      No they are made so as long as it’s over the rad neck air can’t go back in. Then you stick the stopper in lift it out and close off rad it’s awesome It’s pretty popular around the shops.

      Which screw? It’s been a while since I made this. The bolt for the thermostat?

      @@weldingjunkie yes I mean the lower bolt, I purchased a smaller wrench so I hope it will accomplish the task…
