When Peter was doing the comparisons and at the end he said “I’m nice Peter and your epic Lloyd” you got it now and it hit because you know them but when you first reacted you didn’t really get it because you didn’t know who they were.

The Onion Ring bar is a punch because it's a side that McDonald's doesn't serve. They both serve fries, shakes, ice cream(lol), drinks, etc...but only one serves Onion Rings... So, even if you genuinely thought McDonald's was better, if you had a hankerin' for Onion Rings, you'd have to go see the king. @Scru
BK simply tastes better, McD's has fire Hash Browns but BK's Croissanwiches are absolutely incredible. McD's still has the best Fries tho, BK's is rather meh...
@@UltimateGamerCC I can't stand BK burgers, the spray-on "flame broil" flavor they use leaves a bad aftertaste in my mouth. But for breakfast, the crossanwich is unmatched!
McD's hash browns are disappointing for me, the single (admittedly big) hash patty does NOT satisfy. I prefer BK's hash browns, or DD's, even when they overfry or let them sit too long.
Also, BK used to sell curly fries, and I think some locations still do - those were my favorite. Better than Arby's in my opinion.

Another rewatch suggestion: Eastern vs Western Philosophy, just because that was a six-man battle and really dense with tons of references.
By the bye, in that one the line, "a frog who rigged the lottery!" refers to when Voltaire and a number of French mathematicians realized the French government lottery offered a prize which was much greater than the combinations of possible numbers, so they all pooled their money, bought EVERY POSSIBLE COMBINATION, and then split the winnings. They kept doing it to, and only got caught eventually because Voltaire started writing notes insulting the government's stupidity in the backs of the tickets. This is now also the reason why the odds on lotteries always far exceed their maximum payoffs.

3:34 if I recall correctly, by the time this ERB was published, Chuck E Cheese stopped using tokens, and similar to Dave and Busters would use points cards to swipe for the games. It also burns because McDonald's dropped Ronald as a mascot so it definitely plays into the idea that Ronald as a clown is an outdated mascot.

Scru, since your taking a look at some older stuff, and weren't very impressed by Wendy's verse in this, you should check out the official mixtape that Wendy's actually released that was a pretty hard diss track against their competitors. It came out like 4 years ago, so it's old news, but I really think it's worth a reaction/breakdown.
The broken ice cream machine line has lived rent-free in my head since this one came out. It's delivered so well and it's such a gut punch that it sits with you.
